I am not sure why other reviews are having trouble with the bottle. Maybe they haven't noticed the gasket? When you get it, twist off the lid and you will find a clear rubbery gasket in the top of the lid. Once you remove the safety seal from the bottle, be sure to put that gasket back up in the top inside of the cap firmly making sure it is flat...then twist it on tightly, but not overly tightly as that will cause the plastic grooves to pop up to the next one and loosen again. Honestly, I have been ordering and using this product for about 4 years now...have probably bought about 20 of them, and the bottles work brilliantly. The flavor is the best sweetener other than sugar. It doesn't taste JUST like sugar...only sugar tastes just like sugar. Nevertheless, it is sweet, tasty convenient and zero calorie. I love it!

A number of Amazon reviews said that there were problems with the plastic jar the product came in. When the LLINEA MONK FRUIT order arrived, I poured the contents out of the plastic jar into a small glass jar with a lid and put it in the refrigerator. It has an odd taste if you taste it unmixed. This product, like other sweeteners, is really made to be mixed with something. I read on the internet, in many places, where it said that a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar every day is healthy for most people. Apple cider vinegar has a very strong taste. In the past, I had tried mixing it with warm water and honey. It was okay, but not great. Today, I put a 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a cup of warm water in a drinking glass. Next, I used a regular kitchen metal tablespoon and dipped it into the Monk Fruit; I then held the spoon vertically and shook the spoon to help any excess drip off. Next, I used what was left on the tablespoon and mixed the apple cider vinegar and warm water that was in the drinking glass. No measuring, no fuss, and no mess. EXCELLENT! The apple cider vinegar and warm water had a very mild apple cider vinegar taste. I could not be happier about how this turned out.

This liquid monk fruit is rated as being the healthiest & least damaging alternative sweetener for LIQUID drinks. No erythritol. It is excellent taste. There are issues, but they can be overcome. Bitterness. This is related to using TOO MUCH of the product. You need to carefully experiment with the items you use it in to find the perfect number of drops to give you the desired sweetness without the side effect of Bitterness. I have no issue as I have found my perfect level. Poor packaging (yes) causing sticking of clear lid to colored lid & leaking. Make sure to read package directions. Remove the silicone seal @ the top of the lid & (re)place it where indicated. Make sure to be careful to dispense the drops from the lid at a careful rate. When done, carefully wipe the peach colored lid before twisting on the clear lid. When twisting on the clear lid, just LOOSELY twist on, DON'T OVERTIGHTEN. Overtightening can cause the two lids to stick together completely, crack, or not come off at all. I wasted almost a complete bottle this way, but never again with keeping lids CLEAN & LOOSELY tightening. OR, you can just buy an alternative plastic bottle on Amazon with a small dispensing tip. There are many available for a few bucks & you can use it repeatedly, just washing in between refills. This is the most EXCELLENT, healthiest, tastiest liquid Monk Fruit I've found. By paying attention to the issues, you can avoid any negatives.

Super bitter, no sweetness, I had to wash my mouth after it, the aftertaste is that bad. Straight into the trash. With my expensive ricotta I planned to eat with it. Diluting doesn’t help, very awful grassy taste. Friend confirmed same experience from it. Like very bad sugar substitutes.

Reason for 3 stars...1st off let me state, THIS IS THE BEST TASTING monk fruit Ive had anywhere.....BUT~! They ONLY come in 2oz sizes, its very thick and is no way 100 servings per Oz, they do not make a larger size, and worst of all the packaging is FREAKING TERRIBLE. !st order I got was leaky and sticky all over, so thinking it was damaged, Amazon replaced it...leaked and welded itself to the counter top...I order a 2 pk after that, and both leak. The packaging is horrific and this stuff aint cheap. So for it to leak out everywhere, REALLY GETS MY GOAT. So even as great as it tastes, I wont be ordering it again anytime soon.

After trying several brands of Monkfruit drops I would say this ranks as the best tasting. 2nd place goes to lakanto which I’ve used for years now. The other brands I have tried do not compare to this brand at all. For the price I feel this is a better value. It says 190 servings and each serving is 6 drops. Lakanto is 200 servings but each serving is 3-4 drops. Sweetness level to me is comaparable so I feel like I can make this one go further as it’s a bigger bottle and therefore a slightly better value. This stuff comes in a “beehive” shaped bottle and I would say they do that because for some reason it tastes more like honey or has more floral notes than other brands. And I don’t know why but this stuff I do not get any strange after taste. Often the aftertaste will come if you use too much Monkfruit. There’s usually a fine line in how much you can use before you think it tastes strange which I have not noticed with this. Other people may have a different experience with this but I definitely think it’s worth trying. I have been trying to find a good powdered pure Monkfruit which lakanto doesn’t seem to sell anymore. It would be nice if this brand started selling that as well as I cannot tolerate all the blends that have sugar alcohols and the other brands of pure Monkfruit have very mixed reviews. Anyways give it a try. Also please note this stuff needs to be refrigerated after opening. Amazon puts a barcode sticker over top of storage instructions 🙄

Not as sweet as sugar in my opinion but it doesn't taste bad - no strange after after taste. The top will leak if accidentally knocked over.
