Actually does what it is intended to do.

I had purchased a DonJoy Bionic Hinged knee brace. Since I have large legs, the knee brace was wonderful I have to say but I needed just a smidge bit more to go around my thigh and calf area. Thought I would give this a shot. Surprise, it worked WONDERFULLY. with this extension I can get the brace in the right place on my leg and it gives me great support now and HOLDS WELL. For me, it worked as I was hoping it would.

Product performs as advertised but you need to offer shorter lengths such as 3,4,and 6 inch .

Works well and Velcro grip is very strong. Can cut strip to fit foot requirement.

Made from very poor quality. I wanted to return the item but Amazon would not allow me to. Beware of this item.

Thought strap would be heavier. Very thin material and not sure how long it will last but at $18 not terribly expensive.

Perfect for what I needed. My knee brace strap was slightly to small for my thigh. This made it fit so much better.

I have a large calf and it was made even larger with swelling from a broken ankle and surgery. When I transitioned from the surgical splint to a tall walking boot, I found not only that the velcro on the Aircast was really wimpy, but also the insert barely wrapped enough to fit over my calf. I bought this in hopes that it would help. It was excellent! The velcro is really strong, so it lasted much longer than what came on the Aircast and the strap allowed me to adjust for different levels of swelling as I healed. If you need to give yourself some extra wiggle room in an Aircast this will do it.
