Yes, the vinyl is waterproof. It works with inkjet printers loaded with water based inks or pigment based inks.

Q: What is the mill thickenss of this sticker paper? Do you need a laminate over it?

The sticker with backing removed is 80um. I do not laminate over it , it's very strong

Q: What is the size of this paper? is it 8.5x11 or a4? the picture of the packaging is a4, however the description says 8.5x11.

Apologies for the confusion. The size is A4 8.3 x 11.7 in

Q: Can I use sublimation printer?

No!!! I have used this with a regular printer not sublimation.. It will definitely come out very light, if used in a sublimation printer.
