Q: How easy is it to distinguish the two dots? I know with the EXPS 3-4, the four dots basically show up as a vertical line. Is that also true for this?

Think about it -- there is no way that what has been said about the four dots showing up as a "line" can be true for the EXPS 3-4 without the same also being true for the EXPS 3-2. That is because the two dots in the EXPS 3-2 have the exact same spacing as the top 2 dots on the EXPS-4. Your eye can either resolve those two dots that are spaced closely together or it can't. As a practical matter, I bought the EXPS 3-2 and found the second dot to be of no value. One dot at 50 / 200 yards is useful, but the 500 yard dot had no value whatsoever on a non-magnified optic. My recommendation would be to buy the 3-0 if you plan not to use a magnifier and to avoid the 3-2 and 3-4 unless you will be purchasing a magnifier (preferably 5x not 3x).

Q: No where on the product page does it definitely say that the Eotech you are selling is the EXPS3-0. Just military. Is it the EXPS3-0?

It is the 3-0 with the 65 moa ring and single 1 moa center dot.

Q: How many red dots does it have

The EXPS3-2 has one large 68 MOA outer ring and two 1 MOA red dots (one centered for 50/200 yds and another slightly below for 500 yds.). Search "holographic reticle information" on Eotech's website for all your reticle information needs.
