Solid product but can’t get remote to work anymore any suggestions?

I really like the quality of this. for my motorcycle in parades. sturdy, lots of lighing options. will probably order another set.

Arrived missing the magnetic base mount and remote control.

Can’t get the whips in setup mode. Can only use the pre set light colors. Not very user friendly like my old ones.

The media could not be loaded.  I love this whip. I had my sissy bar custom made to accommodate my whip and spliced the wires to adjust it to be able to use it on my Harley Softail slim. I went to Sturgis 2021 and it was such a hit. Everyone was taking pictures and asking me how I did this and where I purchased it. Part of me wanted to be selfish and not tell people because the whole point is to be unique. Overall, I accomplished what my goal was. Which is to locate my motorcycle among thousands of others in parking. Also to be more visible at night. It does more than I expected and I love it! ❤ Everything I could ever ask for!

Received 2 fr whips for our sxs works amazing lots of complements. Unfortunately after only 3 months the remote for lights quit working. Unable to find a spot to get ahold of customer service.

The media could not be loaded.  Loads of choices on colors and actions. Click in solid and do not twist around. Seems to be good quality. Only had a few trips. Time will tell.UPDATE: They are still bright, and sturdy! Had a blast riding with them in Hatfield McCoy trails, Ocala National Forest, and even Mudding at Hog Waller. And they are a 1/3 the price of other brands.

Great product. Second set I’ve owned. Simple to use and simple to install

Installed the flag last night while my truck was off and everything seemed to work fine. Tried using it at work today and the remote doesn’t work while my truck is running it only works when the vehicle is off. Try to set the colours before I start the vehicle and it automatically changes to white light after the vehicle is started. Our whips have to be orange here at work on our trucks so this is almost useless for me if the colours won’t stay as they should. Other than that it seems to be built well. Not sure how well it will do in the Canadian winters but I’ll have to take it off if I can’t find a fix for the colour memory.
