Don't let bad reviews keep you from this product.
***update*** After using the product for over a week, I DO see why people said they don't stick. They do begin to slide around after a week or so. But, I still feel the benefits outweigh that downside. I will just replace them every few weeks. $6 every 2 months to replace the pack is okay with me. I could probably use super glue to hold them on, but I'd rather not damage my frames anyways. ***I am going to assume the people saying the glue didn't stick can't read instructions. You have to clean the surface of the frame with alcohol to remove the oils before you apply these! I was able to even pull mine off and reposition once and they still stick fine. I have been wearing them for a week so far with no issues. They have made my plastic frames fit perfectly on my narrow bridge! They do take some getting used to because yes they do stick to your nose a little but that's actually a pro not a con because they keep your glasses from sliding! Will they stick forever? Probably not! But they come with 10 to a pack and I personally don't want to use the same ones forever because I know they will get dirty from makeup and other face oils so you should WANT to change them out! Give them a try!!!!!

Fine until they start sliding, slipping.
Pads were placed on two different pairs of identical frames. Both pairs were cleaned first with acetone and then with 70% isopropyl (rubbing alcohol). One set used on the glasses for road cycling. Pads started slipping after ~2 months. Not sure if it was the combination of heat, suns, sweat that caused the adhesive to lose it's grip. Pads did work. No slip while dripping a steady stream of sweat on rumble strip and loose gravel roads. Frame #2 just started slipping this past Christmas weekend. Not subjected to heat and heavy sweat. Just everyday use. Guessing the adhesive just breakdowns with time and exposure to the elements. Conclusion: Fine for everyday use if you don't mind occasionally replacing the pads. Inexpensive pads. Just one more process to add to your routine glass maintenance. Relatively thin and grippy. But do not recommend for "sport" use.

Useful but not very strong
I appreciate these grips but wish they stayed on longer. I'm considering supergluing a pair on, but I'm not sure if that will damage my frames. These were also larger than expected. I have large frames, but I can still see a portion of these below my frames.

Perfect for plastic frames!
Love these! I really like wearing plastic frames but it's almost impossible for me to find a pair that fits well on the bridge of my nose. Most frames are too wide. These were the perfect solution. I have worn them for about the past year on one pair of glasses and just got new glasses and put them on that pair as well. I have very oily skin so the adhesive only lasts a few days. After I went through the first few pairs I ended up glueing a pair on with a few dabs of crazy glue which worked great. The clear color is great and is barely noticeable. In the beginning they did irritate my skin a bit but after a I got used to them I haven't had a problem.

Avoid!
I thought these would be helpful for hard plastic frames, however these are inadequate in multiple areas. First, the pads are difficult to remove & maneuver; one of them actually started to separate from the adhesive strip when they were still attached to the wax-paper backing. The rest of them tend to stick to your fingers when you grip them from the side because the adhesive wraps around the edges. Beyond that, they applied fine, however I found them to be unnecessary at best (these were for my first-ever pairs of plastic-frame, integrated nose-rest eyeglasses) and incredibly uncomfortable at worst; the pads, despite being soft silicone, end up having "sharp" edges that pressed into the skin around my nose. The skin on your face, particularly around the eyes is thin, and these pads had just enough of an edge that the weight of the eyeglasses pushed them in and made it far too irritating to wear (the eyeglasses are fine in their original state, with no padding whatsoever.) I had to remove all the pads and toss them in the garbage. I can see these working for some people, but they were a complete waste for me.

Will help your plastic eyeglass frames stay in place! But SEE UPDATE
I bought these to use as additional insurance that my ORAO eyeglasses headstrap would keep my glasses in place, as they perpetually slide down my nose, especially with clip-on sunglasses. Also: on occasions when I don't want to wear a headstrap, I will still need some help keeping my frames in place. I have used the larger size (19mm) adhesives, and I expect these will perform in the same manner. It is important to follow the application instructions to the letter. The plastic MUST be squeaky clean!Update July 6, 2016- am sorry to say that these smaller pads (UNLIKE the larger 19mm size) have become a real problem for me. They feel sharp against my skin and they stick to my skin, making me very uncomfortable. I am going back to the larger size, which although a bit more visible, do a very good job!

So far working great, glasses not slipping down anymore
My daughter really needed something to help keep her plastic frames from slipping down her nose. I also use silicone ear hooks and that helps, but she needed something more. I couldn't find any nose pads at my local chain stores or drugstores so I looked on Amazon. I was excited to find these but they got mixed reviews which worried me, but I bought them anyway since they were pretty inexpensive. So far they are working great. I cleaned the glasses with rubbing alcohol first and pressed them on firmly and so far they are sticking. Best of all they have solved the problem of them slipping. They have been going strong for a week, but they may still come off, it is hard to say. Even if I have to replace them a few times a month I still think it is well worth it to have a product that works. And since there are multiple ones in the pack I won't have to buy more for awhile, and they are pretty cheap. So I am not worried. I am just so happy my daughter isn't having to push her glasses up constantly.
