These are perfect
I have an elderly standard size JRT with nueropathy (nerve damage to the spine). He drags his back feet when he runs, causing abrasions on his feet. These protect him perfectly. For the front, since he is weak in the hind end, he needs the added traction to stand up from sitting or laying down. They do fall off now and again, but not frequently, and it is usually because I didn't fasten them on properly.

Durable and well fitting
Our dog is missing a foot and this boot on that leg with a baby sock enables him to use that leg on walks and keep bottom of leg safe. This is his 3rd set in the 3 years we have had him and has let him keep this leg. Very sturdy and velcro fit is great.

Good fit, good look, but NOT waterproof
My IWS is a shy 50 lbs. and while once very active, now 14 y/o no longer does much running but lots of walking. He hurt a pad so ordered these booties. He adapted very well to them, and you can see in one posted shot he runs fine in them as well. I would have rated them with full stars and ordered another set IF THEY TRULY WERE WATERPROOF. Living in Seattle, we have many wet days and after our lucky run of dry sunny days, rain has set in and in just one outing of maybe 15 mins., his paws get wet. I have to dry each one with a hair dryer...annoying. So, now, I have another brand on order with fingers crossed that not only will they fit as nicely as these (my pooch's front hands are 2.5" wide and the L fit well), but that they truly are waterproof.FYI, something also to consider, the rubber soles are fine but there's virtually no padding inside (other lesser complaint).Manufacturer: If you improve this set and come out with a v2 which is actually water repelling and with more padding for the foot, I'll gladly try again.

Tiny paws 6lb Yorkie tested
Pics includedTested duration: 30 minsDog info: Blind senior Yorkie that doesn’t walk so well- can’t run; approx 6lbsShoes size bought: xsShoes experience: appox 8yrsPros: Easy to put on. Seems like decent quality shoes. The sole runs all the way back, so when my dog sits down or squats (which he does a lot) it has good traction for him to stand back up. Doesn’t seem to trip or fall as much as in his cheaper shoes.Cons: xs is still much too big for his tiny paws (especially his hind paws). He seems to walk funny in the back with these shoes (he had worn a few different types of shoes for many years). Never seen him walk like this, so it might have to do with the fit. Not sure if I should return it yet. It did fall off part way on test trial the first time, but after strapping tighter today it didn’t come off too much. The velcro is almost at the end since his legs are so narrow. Only about 1-2mm is holding on the velcro.Unknown: we’re having a drought so Cant tell how well it does with water yet. But at the least stepping on his own pee won’t be an issue. Not sure how well it holds up in time yet

They last a lot longer than other booties I have bought.
The boots for my dog really good. She has a spine disease and has problems with her back legs. She drags her back legs and has her nails down to the quick. She still needs to walk so the boots protect her back paws.

They're made bigger than what they sayq, so I had to send mine back, the great shoes
These were just too big for my dog, there made bigger than what it says on here. But they're made great and they're nice shoes I had to send mine back. If they would have fit my dog I would have kept them. But I do recommend them. That's the only reason I gave him a four-star it's because they're measurements are off and they're made bigger than what they say.

Work Great!
Dog booties are great - saves our dogs's paws and it saves me time after a muddy snowy hike in the hills. It took some time for our dog to get used to the booties but you just have to persevere. We used one bootie at a time with her favorite treats. Took her outside and made here chase her treat around the yard with the booties on. She now accepts them and hopefully will associate them with one of her favorite activities - trail hikes. Make sure that you get the right size. If they are too big then they will shift on the paws during the hike and the dog will hate them. I have to tighten the cinch strap pretty tight on her legs and they stay put through heavy snow and mud. When I take them off her paws are mostly dry and clean. I rinse them off and throw them on the glove dryer and they are ready to go again.

The straps are vital to tide the shoes.
They cut perfect. In my opinion the dog should not wear them for long periods. My dog has allergies on it’s paws. That’s the reason he wear them.

soulier pour chien
trop rigide pour un petit chien. Mon chien n'a jamais eu de la difficulté à marcher avec des bottes mais celles-ci ne lui conviennent vraiment pas
