Just got these faux locs and they are wonderful. They aren't super soft but they definitely aren't hard/stiff. I will be getting these installed tomorrow so I will leave a more thorough update maybe within a week.**UPDATE** I have had these in for exactly 3 weeks and they still look and feel wonderful. I get compliments all of the time and they are sooo lightweight. They do get stuck together at times but that's not a big issue for me. I will definitely stick to this brand when it comes to faux locs and they are reusable. Anyways, try them. You won't regret purchasing these locs.

I received this product and it was the worst hair that I have ever bought. It was not what it appeared to be on the web site. It was rough and stiff. I installed the the hair against my better judgement and the locks where so loose that upon install the hair was almost straight and not a lock at all. I only wore this for 2 days and when I uninstalled the hair my natural hair was brittle and breaking because this hair clearly damaged my natural hair. I contacted the seller and was told that I would get a full refund if I took down the negative review. Once I took down the review the seller then informed me that they would only give me 10 dollars. This has been by far the worst hair and company to deal with. I wish I could give them -10 stars.

This hair is horrible and I will be sending it back. It said 1b/31 for the color and the 1b part has a GREEN in it! It’s not even black. If you don’t like big hair this hair isn’t for you.

I like the pre-loop in the braids, I just wish they would of looked neater, outside of that, great quality

Love it. The ombre is exactly what's shown in the picture. Easy install for individual crochet. The coil could be a little tighter but I managed.

Arrivé très vite. Par contre je retourne le produit parce que les locs sont vraiment lousses et ne semblent pas solides du tout. Ils se défont dans mes mains alors je n'ose pas espérer dans mes cheveux avec la nuit, la douche, la piscine, etc..

I was deliberating if to get this hair or not but I regret buying it.It is soft, does NOTlook AT ALL like locks as it is too smooth and it essentially looks like swirled doll hair.The area which is to be black has a greenish hue if you can believe it. Not sure who makes it but definitely won't be purchasing again.
