The Wu-Tang Manual Kindle Edition

I read this book in a period of one morning while drinking my coffee. It was quite the read! I discovered RZA’s “Tao of Wu” while on a journey to learn more about the Wu on Amazon and that is how I was brought to this specific book. I really like watching the Wu Tang performance at Coachella 2013 on YouTube (not sure how each member felt about performing there, but they shined). I watch that often to get pumped up for my daily tasks and to get motivation. They really are deep and that is why I enjoy supporting their mission/works of art.RZA makes this book easy to follow and fills it with such great details. I liked the pictures in this book very much. I enjoyed reading upon his and his fellow members’ journeys in the game. I like to know what I am listening to and what the artists stand for and are about.I like how RZA states that each members’ voice in Wu Tang represents an instrument. I used to be a classical musician, along with rock musician, playing in symphonies and orchestras in my K-12 days of schooling and can totally hear what he is saying when he refers to each member being an instrument. It’s true. Each voice is truly gifted and makes up the orchestra of what is called Wu Tang.I am unable to attend the "New York State of Mind" tour, but you bet I will be at another one as soon as I can save up to buy a newer car that is more reliable to drive to a venue that is as far away as Atlantic City (that's the closest venue to me in addition to Brooklyn). I heard that there is a final album in the making and I can't wait.I recommend this book highly. It’s a great read and very easy to follow.

Great book! More of a history and fact book about the Wu-Tang rather than a story like the Tao of Wu. Great read, it’s got lyrics to their top songs which I thought was pretty cool too.

Great size and quality

The book is like an encyclopedia taking you into the minds of Wu-Tang. It breaks down many concepts that make listening to them again a refreshing delight to the senses.

Great insight to the making of the greatest rap group of all time. RZA also shares his knowledge and process. Great book.

The high official at the banquet, for attempting to hijack the Wu Tang Manuel under his blanket. Cant interpret, cus your brain is short circuit. This dumbness, lead to body numbness,try to come amongst us. Whats your angle, rectangle or triangle as my truth Tsquare drains you, of your power the death angel, strangles you like a weed chokin a helpless flower, you cower, you feel the power, of the final shower!!

The cover of the book is damaged enough to be an annoyance but not bad enough to go through the trouble of sending it back and getting a new one especially when theres a chance the replacement could be the same way or in even worse condition. For buying this brand new I expect it to be in perfect condition

Amazing book, a lot more then I expected honestly it covered a lot of interning topics over Wu-Tang and Rza my only problem with this book is it wasn’t longer

Despeja mucho las dudas acerca del carácter de todos los artistas. en mi caso soy hispanohablante y el slang es muy difícil de comprender, pero una vez conociendo los a.k.a. y demás transformación y evolución musical puedo descifrar un poco mejor el slang de algunas canciones.

Un libro muy completo que te ayudará a entender la genialidad de "The Abbot" y los demás integrantes del colectivo,así como sus influencias y hasta un diccionario de "slang" utilizado en su música.100% recomendado, al igual que el segundo libro escrito también por RZA (The Tao of Wu).No dudes en comprarlo.
