I LOVE my crepe making set! First let me start by saying, they are wonderfully made! I love crepes, but the price of purchasing them makes them a luxury. I decided to invest in this particular set because I had already purchased some measuring cups from this company that I was completely impressed with! When I got my crepe set, I was so happy that it came with a recipe! I was super encouraged by thier helpful tips! I even got an email from the company to inform me that I would soon get filling recipes.I like the size of the spreaders, I got three sizes that gave me different options, making smaller ones for the kids in a small pan and larger ones for the adults in a larger pan. I tried making crepes in different pans as I worked on developing my crepe making skills. I tried my Teflon pan and was pleased that it didn't scrat it. I tried it on my stainless steel and cast iron skillet and got great results using this set will all the pans. The long spatula made it very easy to remove and flip the crepes. I thought it was great to have the included sandpaper in case they ever need to be softened. I cut it from the packaging and punched some holes in the paper to insert it in my cookbook right next to the recipe.On a side note- these are very well crafted! I left the spreaders in water for some hours, as I forgot to remove them. When I remembered, I thought for sure the glue would not hold up and my set would be ruined. To my surprise, they were still intact! I wouldn't recommend to be negligent, but it is good to know that I invested in a high quality set, that will hold up and last a long time. I fill my crepes with two of my absolute favorite items, Nutella and strawberries, topped with whipped cream. The kids love them! Impressive, easy breakfast!

Don’t know why I waited so long. This was easy and fun to use. The recipe was easy and the crepes turned out well. Our days of buying overpriced prepackaged crepes are gone! Loved the feel of the spreader and the flexibility with the different sizes helps. The spatula works like a dream to pick up and flip the floppy partially cooked crepe.

The spreader worked as expected. I appreciate the three sizes for making different sizes of crepes or other thin items. The spatula does not work well with the pan I am using, but it looks like it would be fine for other styles of pans.

I was replacing the poor quality crepe spreader and spatula that came with the crepe grill I got a year or so ago because the spreader was coming apart after 4 uses.I honestly wasn't expecting a quality much better than what I had, but happily surprised when I got this set in the mail yesterday! The spreaders are really nicely weighted and well made, as is the spatula. They are birch wood and come with a smoother in the event that they start to get rough, and they come with care instructions that recommend using a little mineral oil just like you do with your good rolling pins. The spatula has those nice tapered edges and is a good length. They also give you a crepe recipe if you need it. I am very happy and would recommend this set.

These tools were exactly what I needed in order to produce the perfect crepe. I did a lot of research before ultimately selecting this set, which is the most complete and most authentic I've found outside of France. The quality is exceptional, with no splinters or pockmarks that would grab or tear the delicate pastry. Super easy to clean. My tip is to scrape off any accumulated batter after each use of the pusher and be sure to pre-soak it and keep it in cold water between crepes. So glad I found these.

Disclosure: I haven't used this product yet, but I see no reason that it will not function adequately.I do have a complaint. The tools had minimal, if any finish on them. Supposedly they had been treated with mineral oil, but the wood was nearly raw. I mistakenly washed them upon receipt, which raised the grain of the wood. After they had thoroughly dried, I made between 4 and 7 applications of mineral oil to each piece, and I sanded them lightly with the provided sandpaper. In the end, I believe they will work, but I did not anticipate having this chore. I'm a bit disappointed.

Great quality crepe tools! They are especially useful if you are using flat crepe pans. I also want to mention here the exemplary customer service of this company. In my package I got two 5 inch spreaders, the 7 inch spreader was missing. I contacted Indigo True. They responded very quickly and offered to send me a 7 inch spreader and said there was no need to return the extra 5 inch one. In the package with that new spreader they also included a gift, a small can of wood wax. How nice and thoughtful! Indigo True cares about their customers, they make quality products and provide amazing customer service!
