Great Little Pick
I am a bass player of 20+ years that has decided that I really want to focus more on playing electric guitar. I went down the rabbit hole of trying different picks to try to find which one I like and gave me the tone that I desire. I tried the Big Stubby 3.0, Dunlop Gloss 3.0 and Dunlop Flow Jumbo Grip 4.2 based on some recommendations from some guitarist friends. I have tried many others, but this is by far the best pick I have tried. I didn't think I would be able to adjust to the small size, but it gives me excellent pick control, feel, and thickness. It gives me a nice tone when I am strumming chords and articulating notes.

An incredible little pick.
I've been using Jazz III's for about a year and a half now. Before discovering these picks, I was a loyal Tortex user and thought that there couldn't be a more perfect pick out there for me. I ended up using a Jazz III for the first time at a gig when I left my pack of Tortex picks at home. Other than the small size, I didn't immediately notice anything different about my playing that night, but when I went back to using a traditional Tortex, I found the larger size to be uncomfortable. It was only then did I realize how well I got along with the Jazz III. The smaller size means your fingers are right where they need to be at all times without any extra pick getting in the way. I perform in several different bands, ranging from a progressive metal group to a jazz quintet. This pick works well in all applications and playing styles. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the longevity. I am a very heavy picker, and playing hard consistently is enough to wear down these picks fairly quickly. I do have friends who get by on one pick for an entire year before they have to swap for a new, but that is not the case for everyone. I do have to say that they last longer for me than the traditional Tortex line. The life of these picks isn't enough for me to lower the score. I firmly believe that this is one of the best all-around picks on the market. If you have larger hands or decide that the small picks don't work for you, they do make Jazz III XL's which are a traditional size. For most players though, I recommend that they give these picks a shot. They won't make you a faster player, but they will make you more efficient.

Great For Small Fingers!
I don't use these picks; but my younger stundents love them. These picks are GREAT for little fingers! Easy to hold. Easy to control. Easy to glide across the strings.

A fav among many. Give them a try. Once you do, you'll love them!
I think just about every guitar player has gone through using these. And as they've gotten popular, cost has increased. The pick just like this, but with a famous ( and increasable player) is priced very, very high! I'm not going to say these are just as good as or better or less than. I will say for the difference in price, the difference isn't great enough to warrant spending so much -as in the famous guys pic- and its got the shape and flex where it counts. I think Dunlop got the weight, grip, and thickness perfectly zeroed in. If you take the time to adjust to these picks, you will love that they are plentiful and consistent across the board. A few Jazz III will always be in my case. I like a few other pics, but these are the ones im very comfortable reaching for and do so 9.5 out of 10 times.

Great picks
I have been using jazz picks for most of my life. However, I started off with light (.50mm), after a time moved up to medium (.88mm), and most recently am trying my hand at thicker picks. The Jazz III nylon (1.38mm) is a little bit of a jump for me, but surprisingly, didn't feel terribly different. I was using Tortex jazz picks for quite some time. Feel great in the fingers, but there was always something "off" about the sound the pick makes when contacting the string. I am pleased with the overall tone the Jazz III brings to the table. Hard to describe, but. . . Fuller? Richer? More robust? Somewhere in there. My only complaint is that I am not used to the raised lettering on a pick, and it is currently uncomfortable to play with after a few minutes. This is most prevalent when playing faster, more intricate licks. I'm sure the added grip is welcome for most players, so don't let that deter you. I am hoping to adjust to the texture, and use these as my new go-to plectrum. I feel like the thickness is perfect for accurate picking, and brings out pleasing tones from the strings when playing rhythm. No pain, no gain!

So far, the best set of picks I've ever used. Jazz picks from Jim Dunlop have a legacy. And this one keeps the dice rollin. Amazing playability. Very versatile and accurate in precision. I'm extremely satisfied with this product. Lookin forward to get some more of this mean stuff. But to my surprise, the price of this set of picks has gone up to a whopping height (from Rs 200 to Rs 2144) in about a month. A 10 time increment. I don't understand why is this so. Please bring the price down. It seems you people are cashing in now because of the five star ratings & reviews of the customers.
