Very well performed machine
The machine arrived in 2 days during the pandemic, it is very good.I'm currently using a very popular brand pressure washer and only use it for car wash. The current price of that unit is the same as this one. I just had my pressure gauge delivered, so I figured I could do a real world comparison of those two machines.I did the test today using Matt from obsessed garage's testing method. I added quick disconnect to the pressure hose so I could use my MTM SGS28 gun. Here is the result:Old Machine:Using 3.0 nozzle, Tested Flow 1.44 gpm, Tested Pressure 800 psiThe new machine:Using the nozzle comes with the machine, the seller claims the orifice size is 1.25 mm, I crosschecked with the nozzle size table, it is 3.7 nozzle. Tested Flow 1.83 GPM, Tested Pressure 800 psi.Using 3.0 nozzle, Tested Flow 1.66 gpm, Tested Pressure 1080 psi.According to Matt's video, the old machine with 3.0 nozzle, the output should be 1.49 GPM at 1,025 psi. The flow is similar but the pressure is different, I'm not sure if my pressure gauge is accurate or not, already ordered another one to cross check.Overall, in my test, this machine is not at 1,100 psi and 2.0 gpm as seller claims, but for the same price, this unit is better than the most popular unit on amazon.Update:I got my new pressure gauge and did some test, this one gave me different result which is 100 psi higher than the old gauge. My final setup is using 3.5 nozzle with Tested Flow 1.77 gpm @ 980 psi

The best
By far the best electric pressure washer out there

Nearly perfect
Have had this for almost a year it has never given me any issues with any of my projects. But the spray bottle they include is pretty useless and unnecessary.

Update: Original Unit Failed and Replaced Under Warranty
UPDATEThe unit I have now has no issues. I am really happy with the performance of it. It provides a good amount of pressure and runs much quieter than my previous pressure washer.————————————————————I purchased this pressure washer for a permanent installation in my garage. Everything was going fine until the machine started to surge. I checked the inlet and outlet fittings to ensure that the water flow wasn't restricted. The problem reoccurred intermittently over two more uses until something failed and water came pouring out of the pressure washer body.I have been trying to reach customer service for warranty support. I will update this review based upon that experience.[UPDATE]I finally reached customer support via email. Several voice messages were left on the support number in the documentation. I never actually spoke to a person. After going through several steps to document the issue Active agreed to send a replacement pressure washer.Today I unboxed and set up the replacement unit. It failed in exactly the same way as the original. When I powered it on the motor made a high-pitched whine and something inside the unit burst creating a significant leak from the body of the unit.

Great potential but poor customer service
Out of the box, was only hitting about 800-850 psi with factory nozzles. That’s ok……things can of course be defective out of box…..Contacted mfr directly for troubleshooting, because *every* review shows visible evidence the typical pressure is about 1000 and close to 2gpm, including the manufacturer’s own details on this listing (says “working pressure 1100psi”).But instead of receiving good customer service and troubleshooting, mfr took zero responsibility.Instead of using my objective data such as my pressure gauge and my calculated gpm numbers, they used subjective “well how does the flow feel?” and “how do you like it” and “is it vibrating?”.Apparently pressure washer issues are only diagnosed with subjective feelings or a vibration, instead of objective testing with measurement devices? Thanks for the great troubleshooting and customer support Active. #sarcasmSuch a shame cause I do actually like the concept of the product:Portable, small design, good output for car washing without me needing to break out a gas pressure washer, good price point.FYI Active has a 30 day return policy which is nice, but be ready to engage Amazon’s support to actually process the refund cause Active (via Amazon) was radio silent in responding to any messages for refund status

Best Pressure Washer Period!
I did extensive research for a pressure washer for mainly my vehicles and odd job around the house. This Active VE52 kept coming up. I'd never heard of it but have heard of Caterpillar and they make the pressure washer for them. So I figure I'd buy from the source and not spend the extra for the name Caterpillar. With an 1800 psi rating it puts out 2GPM! There are some that are rated 2500-3000psi not putting out 2GPM. This machine here is a BEAST! It is well designed and hold everything neatly and doesn't take up a lot of room to store! Best pressure washer I've had and worth every cent!

Great unit!!!
Great unit to wash your car or whatever you need to get clean. Just get yourself a 50 ft. uberflex hose and a stubby spray wand to use with it. Along with a quality foam cannon and you on your way to clean town. The hose and wand that come with this unit are fine but I wanted a longer hose and the stubby wand is great for car washing.
