More Than I Could Of Asked For!!! Excellent Rod!!!!
The Lamiglas arrived a day earlier than expected and was packaged Very Well!! It was shipped in a very sturdy PVC pipe with end caps and then it was placed inside a heavy duty cardboard box. Its a great rod and i'm excited to spend many hours on the water, reeling in those fish. Thank You!

Impossible to find a better Salmon trolling and mooching rod for the price. I bought one for myself and liked it so much I bought one for my fishing friend. He also loves the rod and wanted to buy one but didn't want to spend the $$$.I have several Lamiglass rods and they are all gems.

These rods are just awesome!!
These rods are just awesome. Just ordered my second. I know for some they seem expensive but for those of us that salmon fishing is an obsession they are about as good as it gets. Great feel and a heck of a lot of fun to fight a fish. I know some don't like longer fishing rods, out of a boat, but I much prefer them. Especially when I am by myself. So much easier to control the fish and take care of other things in the boat. Just get a long handled net and you are good to go. Pair one of these with a Shimano Tekota Line Counter in either the 300 or 500 and you have just about the perfect salmon trolling setup. If you are pulling 16 oz. of lead and surfboard sized dodger you may want the 1066 but for me the 1064 is perfect.If you are not obsessed like me there are lots of good options for around $100. The Lamiglas all glass and the Shimano Clarus have both caught a ton of fish for me and will continue to do so for my guests but I love these rods.
