Like that this product is clean, does not have much taste, helps with brain health and energy level, I find this product mixes well into water or other drinks and does not taste gritty and the texture is smooth and does not leave an after taste. Have repurchases this and will continue.

Great product

I have been looking for a good creatine and I really enjoy this one. It definitely doesn’t really have a flavor but it it’s nice to add to your coffee in the morning. Doesn’t really have a smell. There are so many good health benefits to having creatine that I am excited to add it to my regimen.

This creatine mixes/dissolves really well and doesn’t leave a gritty or chalky texture. I like to mix it with my electrolytes but you could add it to any drink since there is no flavor. I haven’t experienced any bloating or discomfort from drinking it either. I would say the value for the money is pretty good as well. The container is filler about 3/4 of the way but the scoops are small and it has lasted me awhile.

Works well, I see muscle growth. Dissolves well. I don’t love the taste, but creatine doesn’t really taste well to begin with. I add my electrolytes to it to help with the taste. No stomach up east at all. Overall good value, easy to use, good ingredients.

I was a little nervous to try this because I always heard some creatine products make you feel bloated. But I started of small with this creatine with just 1/2 a scoop for a week. And no bloat or discomfort. I increased it to the full scoop the following week and still no bloat. So I really do recommend this product. I usually take it after working out. And I drink as much water as possible through out the day as well. Definitely recommend 10/10!
