Great size and quality for the custom mouse pad. I sent my image to them, and they replied right away. Message them through the contact seller function with your order number.It took less than 3 weeks after I placed my order to receive my custom mouse pad. Order placed on March 8, order shipped on March 13, order received on March 25. That's pretty quick for a custom order.The mouse pad itself is pretty good quality. It has stitching on its edges. It is nice and huge. The quality of the print came out excellent. For reference, I sent out an image exactly in the specs (2330x1000 pixels) of the mouse pad.One complaint of these large mouse pads is the chemical smell. My mouse pad dissipated after 2-3 days. I have had other mouse pads that took longer.Overall, it was a great purchase. I will probably make a few more as they came out great.

Why did I wait so long to get this? My husband has a giant, plain black gaming mat and I thought, "heh, that's just silly." So...my thoughts have changed. I saw that he never had to adjust his mat and his keyboard never slid around; thus began my search. I researched gaming mats, sizes and thicknesses for a long time and found the ones made by RICHEN to be the choice for me. At the time of my purchase, they were the largest printed gaming mats I could find and were slightly thinner than the one my husband uses. So far I've found that I don't need the extra 1 mm in thickness, I love this mat just the way it is! Super large (35.4" x 15.5") so that everything I use fits on it...ergonomic keyboard, mouse, remotes, charging phone, random mail. My mouse operates flawlessly on it, of course; my keyboard doesn't slide back during an intense gaming session and my phone...well, it just sits there charging. The edges are securely and neatly stitched with a color that blends right into the image so I don't even notice it. I'm so pleased with this Gaming Mat, now I want one to cover my whole desk with this image, lol.

I am very pleased with this extra large mouse pad. It was delivered on time and neatly rolled up in a small box. Immediately upon unrolling, it laid perfectly flat, and the printed graphics were bright and well colored. I find the pad to be just thick enough, but not too thick. I have it on a wooden desk made from distressed wood pieces so the surface is a bit rough and minimally uneven. This pad is thick enough that it creates and wonderfully and silky smooth surface for my mouse and keyboard, without adding and vertical bulk or seeming overly thick. The edges are neatly woven together with a stitched border and my initial impression is that this pad is made to last. There is rubber backing that keeps it from slipping or moving and my mouse happily glides too and fro across the surface. I am definitely satisfied with this product, I would re-purchase and will recommend.I really have no cons about this item, some folks dislike the logo printed on the corner, but this is to be expected with almost any device or item. The product photo accurately pictured the item I ordered, and I do not find the logo to be too large or obtrusive.

I'm getting lots of OHHS & AHHS....it feels very durable..and the stitching is a great finish to the edges so they don't unravel! Thank you for such a great product! The background isn't distracting and looks cool for what i'm using it for. (Dice mat on table to keep the noise down) The tracking on it is awesome and I ordered others from the same company and they are getting kudos from others also! There is an INITIAL/EXPECTED odor of rubber/manufacturing...I would suggest..open..unravel..la across a chair or coat hanger (thick styled) and let air out for 1-2 days. NOT in the sun! THEN..if aroma is still there..put in a plastic back (Dry Cleaner?) while still hanging and a fabric Softener sheet or spray some 'room deodorizer'/Fabreeze on a paper towel/napkin and put that in the bag NOT TOUCHING the pad. Give that about 2 days....that and some more airing out will take care of any manufacturing smell. Hope you have a blast with it..it's so nice to 'soften' my desk so I don't have things clanging around all the time.

How about spelling the countries names correctly!!! Examples: the mat has Brazil spelled "Brszil", Argentina spelled "Argrntina", South Africa spelled as "Shouth Africa." Many of the names are illegible, due to the material being printed on. That's probably for the better, though so you can't see mistakes. Overall, it's a good value.

I bought this for my fiancee Christmas 2018. It was a last minute order for the holidays but the product got to us lightning fast, days before Christmas. The product's quality was more impressive than that; upon arrival the pad was exactly as requested. The custom print displayed beautifully on the weaving, and the real estate on the pad was absolutely gargantuan-- definitely a quality since her monitors are mounted, allowing plenty of clearance underneath and behind. Now, after a year of hard use from gaming and crafting, the mousepad still looks and feels great. I've shopped many different places for mousepads, and especially considering the option of a custom graphic on the cloth, this pad is still the best value I've seen by a mile.

This mouse pad is just what I was looking for. I own a Razer Naga 12 button mouse and if anyone has ever owned one they know that they are famous for having a wandering cursor on the screen. This mouse pad stopped that. It's a great size and great for gaming. I would definitely recommend this mouse pad to anyone that loves to game.

Love this mouse mat. My mouse glides over it really smoothly. The quality is excellent. As this was coming from over seas the delivery was fast as it arrived a couple of weeks before it was due.The only downside to this mouse mat is the Spiral logo in the bottom left corner! I keep thinking there's something there and try to move it or brush it away!!
