DELICIOUS!
A cross between a glaze and vinegar. The best balsamic vinegar I have ever purchased. Totally versatile. Use it on salad, meat and fish ... additionally on a non sweetened fruit salad.

Our fav, but wish it was easier to identify the organic
We actually prefer the non-organic but often the description is misleading! Three times we have ordered the product, looking carefully for the dit, but been disappointed when the organic product is delivered. It is very different and the taste / viscosity is different.

Rich taste, great price!
First came across this vinegar about 20 years ago. Since, I’ve been using the fancy oil and vinegars from olive oil stores. There is an 18 year aged one that I love, for about $50. Having no time to go to that store to pick up more, I went back to my Fini that I loved years ago. I was expecting a sub for the meantime, but this is better than I remember. And a much better price than the one I’ve been using!

Change in Formulation
Here is the thing, Fini has changed their formulation and kept the same UPC barcode/item number. The old Fini is not sweet and tastes acidic. The new Fini is marked as Organic. It is sweeter like an aged-basalmic. I attached photos. I can’t fault the seller for the change. I have another brand I prefer for the aged. It you are looking for a replacement for the old Fini try Kitchen of Love. It is about half the price. This is about what you like but also explaining what you are getting which is not the old Fini.

Yummm....
Wanted to try a balsamic that wasn't in a store. This hit the spot. Was absolutely yummy. Great on salads and I use in so many other dishes. Perfect blend of tartness and sweet.

my go-to balsamic! second bottle
my go-to balsamic! drizzle it lightly on salads with some good olive oil or use as a condiment on my greek yogurt (unpopular choice, I know, but I love various sorts of sourness). it's got a thicker texture than a lot of balsamic you can find in stores, probably the best within this price range. p.s. it's cheaper on amazon than in whole foods, at least when I bought it!
