Nice
Had to switch the lever, not a big deal at all. Directions are not that great, but not rocket science. Love the backrest, no difference from when I had harley dealer backrests.

Crap!
Didn't last my first day of riding to Tennessee. And I have to take off your heat shield just to put it on the bike and it was put on wrong don't had to disassemble the lever mechanism to where it was put together properly. That way it mounted where is supposed to meet up with the bolt on the fram! disassemble the lever mechanism to where it was put together properly that way it mounted where was supposed to meet up with the bolt on the frame

Insolation of product
Install it on my son's ultra limited the release handle for the backrest does not Mount onto this motorcycle the way it is described I had to modify where it mounts onto the air vent as a temporary so he could do his trip.

Not ready to install
Purchased for a 2016 Ultra Limited Low Harley Davidson and had to make quite a few adjustments. If you’re not mechanically inclined I do not recommend buying this backrest.

Very nice used backrest
Really liked the price (about 95 bucks) but even the best used parts have issues. Was able to install it using you tube videos. One screw was slightly damaged and could not use but was able to get a spare from my parts bin. Once installed worked great!

Cheaply made with crappy hardware
Poorly made with cheap components. The mounting bolt for the adjustment lever snapped off in my frame with almost no torque applied. It wasn’t even close to being bottomed out, and wasn’t even seated against the bracket yet. It’s gonna cost more to have a shop remove the broken bolt than the Harley seat rest would have cost installed by the dealership.

Might need a welder and some skills
The media could not be loaded. Bracket with the adjustment pin was already broken off from the crappy tack welds. Directions suck. Back rest post sits sloppily in assembly. Only reason I'm not returning it is because I can tighten everything up and Weld the pin back to the bracket myself.
