I am an experience bike rider who enjoys riding multiple times per week on road, MTB, and ebikes. This bike claims to have a 350W motor, but it produces far less power than my Raleigh 250W ebike. The components seem cheap and fragile. By the second ride, the head tube started to wobble despite tightening the appropriate bolts. Worst of all, the pedal assist function does not function properly; It kicks on intermittently and provides little to no assistance. The thumb throttle is the only decent/operable part of the bike. Spend the extra few bucks to get a trusted brand. I will be buying a replacement ASAP!

We just received the bike today but the battery charger and a pair of pedals are missing from the shipping. We need them sent to us ASAP.

The bike is awesome,it was a little banged up from delivery but customer service was Great.i really enjoy the bike.i can go almost 10 miles without dropping one bar on the battery.Happy with the purchase!

Just got the bike looks cool...but came without pedals...really?

I have put approximately 800 miles in the bike so far and here is my review.The good. The frame is built to last. So that’s good. The components are also quite good for the price of this bike.Now the bad. Expect to spend $50-$75 right off the get-go getting the brakes and shifter set up at a bike shop. Neither of these were adjusted properly before being boxed.Second, the chain will rub on the frame using the smallest 6th and 7th sprockets so your 7 speed bike now becomes a 5 speed unless you can live with the constant rubbing and grinding. There is no way to fix or adjust this. The frame was not built to accommodate this 7 gear sprocket. These are the quality issues you find on less expensive no name brands. You would never see this happening on the well known brands.Also, the front light is basically useless. If you plan on doing any night riding you will need to buy a better handlebar mounted light.This bike is basically built for light trail riding only. Don’t plan on using this bike for mogul jumping. The chain will come off and rattle around with heavy bumps.You get what you pay for. At this price expect issues. I’ve definitely found them. If you are a rider who wants a trouble free and reliable bike then you should buy from a local dealer who will stand buy and support their products. What you are getting in this bike is a no-name brand built by a no-name company in China. So like I said earlier you get what you pay for
