This thing sucks!
The one good thing I can say is the burr grinder produced a uniform grind. Now for the frustration! Really only 3 or 4 non-distinct grind size settings. Very slow; it took about 16 minutes to process 28 grams of medium roast coffee to a medium fine grind. The fully charged battery died a little over halfway through. Luckily, it ran while plugged in to a USB port. Impossible to clean well. The catch cup was easy to remove and clean thoroughly, but the hopper and inside the body where beans go cannot be accessed. Body is also not water proof to be rinsed through. Old beans and grounds from previous batches cannot be cleaned from the burrs or body of the machine. I m going back to a manual grinder. I need the exercise anyway.

Works great
We use it on our large boat. Not enough outlets in the galley. It grinds our coffee for lattes.

Very slow
I bought this because I wanted to be able to adjust the grind settings when making coffee. It does operate simply but it takes way too long to bring and will sometimes stop. Avg 15 minutes for a 10 Tbsp :(

it does not grind coffee nor hold a charge
Have tried this product several times. doesn't hold a charge to grind even 1 fill. Coffee beans get stuck. So disappointing. Really useless product.

Works well but.......
Works well. Only 2 gripes I have is that the grind selection doesn’t really make the beans “coarse” for a French press. It also takes a while for the measuring cup container to fill up to 3 cups worth of coffee grinds.

It is really slow - like 2 minutes for a pot of coffee
Love everything about this except the speed. It takes literally 2 min to grind coffee for one pot. I guess that's why the "grind" button stays on until you hit it again...

Returned not happy !
Did not grind one hopper of coffee - bound up and would not restart !!

Grinds coffee well to selected size, but only lasted 2 months!
My initial comment was that this is a lovely unit. Nice small size, neat design, but is very slow. It took me ten minutes to grind enough coffee for one cup, but the coffee made from this was 👍.HOWEVERToday it broke! The grinding burr wheel sheered from the motor/body of the grinder and now it is inoperable and I would say unfixable as it is a moulded Bakelite or hard plastic part that has broken. I can not fine any details of who made it or a warranty.
