Works great, use daily at work

Works great. Super easy to use and very small & lightweight. And it's easy to get into the battery department. I've had a Smartglow Exergen Temporal Scanner for 2 years but it is impossible to change the batteries. I realized that I'd better get another scanner before those batteries expired. I like my new scanner much better in every way than I did the Exergen.

After less than a year the readings are off and no way to calibrate

This was very easy to use. I loved how slick the design was and I love digital products more than anything Else so this definitely was what I needed.
