This stuff is legit. I'm usually skeptical about how effective supplements are, but I gave these a try and they have been really working wonders for me. I'm sure experiences may vary from person to person, but when cycled correctly, Maca Root will make you feel great and it works pretty quickly. Works for added strength, improves your endurance and if you're having issues with your libido--this will do the trick! I recommend taking the 2 pills daily for 5 days, then cycling off them for 2 days. Example: Take 1000mg M-F and then take a break from them Saturday and Sunday. I personally only do this for no longer than 2 months (maximum) and then get back on it after 2-4 weeks of not taking it. Also, 0 side effects based on my personal experience so I highly recommend.

I came across MACA Root online through a health and wellness YouTube video. After looking into it myself I decided to give it a try as well as do my own research to ensure its health and safety. The benefits are incredible. I take two tablets daily upon waking up. I partake in intermittent fasting and these capsules help keep me focused and elevated for my morning workout. I haven't experienced any "crash" effect nor have I experienced any negative side effects. I recommend making sure you already are hydrated and aim to drink close to a gallon of water a day. That's what I do each day when I take a supplement and MACA Root has been great. I feel alert, focused, and energetic when I take the supplement. Also knowing that it is derived from a plant gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend purchasing this product and adding it to your health regime.

I don't recommend the product. Highly ineffective. Doesn't contribute to any physical improvement.

Great product but delivery is a disaster. They keep leaving it outside in Dubai’s extreme heat although I’ve left clear notes to ring the door bell. So I return it, and now a defective product might be sold to an unsuspecting customer. This happens almost 50% of the times.
