Saved my sanity
2 months ago I ran face first into a wall of anxiety that incapacitated me. Not only did this book help me climb out of the pit of anxiety, it taught me what I’d been doing wrong trying to avoid anxiety that just made the anxiety worse in the long run. It also provided good practices for reducing and handling anxiety in the future.Following the authors’ guidance is essential to success. It takes time (weeks) and practice to ingrain the lessons and techniques. I felt much better after 3 weeks but persisted, learned more, and now feel better and more resilient than I’ve felt for years.If you’re struggling with anxiety, you have my sympathy and empathy. Great book to help get anxiety under control
Great book for help with anxiety issues. It’s definitely a book that can be referred to many times as things come up in life. So glad I picked it up.

I am only a few sections in but the information provided in this book are pretty spot on, one of the scenarios hit a little too close to home for me, but it helped me understand the root of my procrastination.

Fast shipping
I was hoping that there would be more pages to work on. But most of it is reading text. But not to bad overall. Fast shipping was one of the good things about this book.
