Hi thanks for your question! To clean, simple hand wash after each use (try not to let boards completely submerge under water) and let air dry. NEVER run these through the dishwasher. To care for these you'll want to occasionally treat with our walnut conditioning oil which helps prevent splitting and cracking. Hope this helps!
