Surprisingly, this steamer was very easy to assemble…it's also very easy to use & the steam comes out quickly. It does a great job of steaming wrinkles!!!

This is the third Rowenta valet steamer I have purchased that has randomly stopped powering on just over a year after purchase. The company provides a one-year warranty and, of course, these products stop working right after that warranty expires. The company offers no support for products that just stop working for no reason. The steamer is great while it works, but unless you want to spend $100 per year on valet steamers, find another brand. Buyer beware!

Great for bulk use (I.e. bridesmaid dresses). Heated up quickly and came with a safety glove. Only complaint is it does occasionally drop/leak the water. I recommend tying a cloth over the head to prevent dripping onto the fabric you're trying to steam

I tried it out when it arrived.

The water storage compartment is too small. I use it on 14 suits a month 3 one week and 4 the next week alternating.I am constantly filling this up it’s annoying. The handle to the water compartment also broke off due to the weight of water it’s supposed to hold.I had a rowenta brand previous to this and I was very happy with it. The device itself works well it’s just the water runs out too quickly. If you are only playing this once every couple weeks it probably won’t be a problem.If you are using it 3-4 times a week you will be annoying with how often you have to stop and refill it.

Liked it very much! I ordered a basic version without the press screen- I am using my ironing board for it. I started from steaming my thick heavy curtains- took me 5 minutes! Worked well on all of my garments so far.

I had gotten a sharper image steamer that I liked, but after a few months it died on me. So I went back and got a Rowenta steamer. My first steamer I had was a Rowenta and I had that steamer for 8 maybe even 9 years, and I used it often. This Rowenta steamer I was hoping would be great. It was bigger than I expected and it was a pain to fill with water and cleaning it was difficult, but it worked good so I was happy with it. I've had it six months and its dead too, it won't even come on. I'm so frustrated & disappointed. I just dont think company's make things to last any more, its Beyond Frustrating!!!
