Great product supplying 2 forms of iodine.

I have known about Iodine deficiency for years but I have never bought a supplement until now. I can see its positive effect immediately. The last few weeks I had to get up at night to go to the bathroom around 3-4 times. After the first day of using Iodine I had to get up only once. So this was an immediate effect. The other thing is: fatigue. I am much more active during the day. Diet: I have been trying to lose weight, but I have to put in so much effort and the result is so little, after few days I go back to my old habits. But with Iodine my results increased about 30-50%! And because of this I don't lose the motivation. I would recommend this product to everybody.

I'm still going through my first bottle, but this is very easy to use, and I add it to my hot drinks sometimes.

I bought it after I've watched many videos on YT from reputable doctors talking about the pros and cons of taking iodine. I have thyroid issues and was afraid to take iodine. I finally decided to try it. I started with drinking water with Celtic salt for 2-3 weeks to start flush out the bromine and fluoride from the body (to minimize the detox effects of introducing iodine. Started with 2 drops/day for a week, then 5 then 7 same timeframe. Was not feeling much of a difference but I was feeling a bit more energetic. as soon as I went to 10 drops, the same day i felt the difference - more energy and more resilient to stress. I am now in the 3rd month of taking it and the resistance to effort has increase significantly. This is not medical advide, every person is unique please do your research and consult with a good doctor, one that looks at the body as a system not looking at the parts.

I purchased J.CROW'S® Lugol's Solution of Iodine 2% (2 oz) and while the product itself seems fine, the packaging is seriously flawed. The included pipette doesn’t reach the bottom of the bottle, making it impossible to draw up the last 1.5 cm of liquid. That’s a significant amount of iodine being wasted — especially for a product at this price point. It’s frustrating, wasteful, and easily avoidable with better design. I won’t be buying this again.

This is my second purchase and I am extremely happy with it. I use to get often sick but since I start using it, I am barely ill but more energetic. Thank you to seller. Highly recommended. 👌🏻👌🏻
