Best sunshade I've ever had! I live in Oklahoma and we have HOT summers and this one is an excessively excruciating one . Since I purchased my 2014 Camry I've only been able to find those thin foil covers that would fit my windshield (with such a long windshield and small visors it's a hard to fit) until this year with temperatures around 115 and the thin foil not cutting it, I decided to turn to Amazon and find a more custom fitting shade. I LOVE this one! Fits like a glove! You actually have to bend the cutout part for the rear view mirror to make it fit around it because it's such a tight fit. I had read reviews that it was about 1" too short on the sides, not true if you unfold it all the way and tuck it down into the corners as shown in the (first) photo where the visors are down, because to make it fit on the sides perfectly you have to pull it down into the corners, but if you pull it up tight at the top, which does leave a little bit of a gap on the sides, it fits without even using the visors (shown in the 2nd photo)! The difference this shade has made from the thin "taco folding" foil ones I was using has been VERY noticeable. With the old ones it would take my car at least 5 minutes after leaving work and driving down the road for the A/C to start getting cold, with these, I get in my car take the shade down fold it up and by the time I'm leaving the parking lot it's cold! It's not pretty from the outside, lots of creases and wrinkles, but I really couldn't care less what it looks like from the outside, that's not why I bought it. It is big once rolled up, takes up most of my back seat but I only have one child, so when he's in the car he can move it to the side and set back there so that's not really an issue for me either. It does it's job, and I'm very happy with it!

The BEST version does NOT precisely fit the windshield of a 2015 Camry as it is advertised to do.For the premium $50 price, advertised as a custom, precise fit, this does not do the job. It leaves narrow gaps on both the right and left side and a big, ridiculous droop around the rear view mirror to let in sunlight. There are SEVERAL INCHES either side of that mirror to let in sunlight- did the engineers size this at all?The item has a only a slight chemical smell, but a premium, MADE IN THE USA item like this ought not have any chemical smell for you to breathe.The build material looks to be above average quality; the storage bag appears well made but is not really practical to store this item that way. Rather, it needs a durable way to wrap up on itself, no separate bag.UPDATE: I returned the BEST and got the roll-up (BETTER) version and it does fit the windshield. There is only a short slit for the rear view mirror, not the wingspan-type gap of the BEST version. The BETTER version is pliable enough to go to the edges of the windshield, though it does tend to curl up short of that.But the product does little to stop the heat. A slight reduction, but not much. It does not meet expectation. It will protect your dashboard if you use it diligently, which you probably will not.Some day, someone will come up with a product that fits precisely, really cuts down heat and has no chemical smell. This product is not it.In the meantime, the best thing to do is get "solar shield" front windshield tinting which eliminates harmful UVA/UVB rays but does not darken or reduce heat; that will preserve your dashboard.

This shield doesn't really fit exactly in the 2016 Toyota Camry, there is about an inch gap on each side. You can unroll it a little more to fill up the edges but that takes extra precious time in the morning so you end up leaving that little rolled up gap on each side. It is also a bit unwieldy and I usually find myself getting out of the car to roll it up. But, it rolls up easily enough and seems to keep the car cooler so I'll continue to use it. It also feels well made and the sewing around the edges is good and tight. I am also impressed that it does not smell at all and doesn't have any weird texture or residue. It also doesn't have any sharp edges. So I think it is a solid four star product.

Going on 2 years with this window shade for a 2017 Toyota Camry. Really happy with it so far and it sure beats the cheap stuff from the local auto store. I like that it comes with a pouch so it can stay protected while not in use. I like that the window shade is sturdy and doesn’t sag and slip. I’m happy with the fitment. There is a very small gap vertically and horizontally, but it’s insignificant. It does a very good job at keeping out light and absorbing heat here in Alabama. No more burning steering wheel and gear shifter. Only con is that it can be a little cumbersome to move around in the car, but that matters very little to me.

I purchased the rollup version back in 2015 for my 2015 Camry and fit perfectly for the first year or so. But as the years go by, it seems to be shrinking. It is now 3 yrs later, and about 2" shorter on the sides. It appears the heat may be causing the shield to shrink over time. I just re-purchased a new one again, let's see how long this will last.

I never really write a review. But I thought I would for this sunshade. I purchased the Ultimate Reflector folding sun shade.Pros: easy to put up, easy to take down, thick, reflector works very well.Cons: it does not fit as tight as I thought it would. The sides have about an 1" gap, the gap around the review mirror is too big. I feel that gap could be reduced by atleast 3"If you are going to make a product that is "custom fit" you should make one for each vehicle. These should be sold as "universal" overall decent t product. But for $60 I feel the fit should be a little more exact.
