I've been using Alpha Lipoic Acid (900mg) for almost three years and have nothing but positive effects from taking it every day. I have neuropathy, It seems to help with my energy levels but more important to me it helps reduce nerve discomfort and pain in my feet. The capsules are easy to take and I've never experienced any side effects. However, like any supplement it's best to be on the safe side, especially if you have any health issues, and check with your GP/Health Care Professional first. In my case my GP was positive for me to take it. Also, check which dose would be more suitable for you, so again best to consult your GP/Health Care Professional, if you're unsure. Overall, it's a very good supplement if you're looking for help with nerve health and as a antioxidant. Very good product, medium sized tasteless capsuals. I take two before bed helps me sleep and have lucid dreams when I take them so must be doing something

This Alpha Lipoic Acid supplement is fantastic! The 900mg dose per capsule is higher than most other brands. taking this as a preventative message and to help increase Sperm volume and count. Easy to take and no unpleasant aftertaste. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a potent ALA supplement and maybe trying for a baby.

WARNING! This product is sold as 120 capsules with a daily dose of 900mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid. In actual fact, there are 120 capsules. BUT, to get the dose of 900mg daily it suggests to take THREE capsules. In other words, they are only 300mg per capsule. For 300mg capsules, the 120 content is ok for the price, but feel let down by the false advertising.

We take this as part of the PAGG stack in Tim Ferriss' Four Hour Body / Slow Carb Diet. I would consider this an essential supplement, for the following reasons: - it increases glucose and carb absorption, storing these in muscle or the liver, instead of adding them to fat deposits. - it helps with excretion of toxic heavy metals e.g. mercury. - it restores levels of the potent antioxidant glutathione, which declines with age. This is one of the few supplements that have noticeably helped with general wellbeing and limiting fat gain during holiday seasons.

I can only speak for myself but I had sleepless nights with peripheral neuropathy in my feet, burning, tingling, pain. This product has been a life saver for me. Since I’ve been taking Alpha Lipoic Acid I no longer have those symptoms, only some throbbing in my hands and feet, which doesn’t bother me. I heartily recommend this product.
