Lima Hard Anodized Healthy Ceramic Nonstick 12 Piece Cookware Pots and Pans Set, PFAS-Free, Oven Safe, Gray

I love these pans. They are sturdy but not too heavy. They’re not lightweight or cheap feeling. The care instructions seem daunting but if it makes these pans last I’m okay with it. The instructions say no spray oils and no extra virgin olive oil and that’s the hard one for me to abide by. It says they leave a residue. Other than that, no complaints here. They wash so easily so makes the handwashing a breeze. They are not 100% nonstick. Many things cook without oil but I still have to use oil for eggs and I have had to since day one. From my experience, most nonstick pans only stay nonstick for a short period anyways. They heat evenly and cook well. I haven’t had any issues with the handles transferring heat like some reviewers. Hand wash only. Use plastic or wood utensils. Don’t go higher than medium heat. No sprays or extra virgin olive oil. Instructions say let food warm to room temp before cooking (I have a toddler, I don’t have time for that lol but it hasn’t caused me any issues thus far) I also have some of the Green Pan Rio set and I love them just as much.

I've been using the cookware for a few weeks and I am really impressed. They evenly spread the heat for great (quick) cooking and they clean with ease. This morning I mistakenly burned some chicken breat (not enough water in the pan) and I though I messed up the mid-sized pan. I let it cool and to my amazing surprise, I washed the pan with warm water and my hand and the burnt stuff just washed away. I think you've got a lifetime customer!

I bought this Green Pan set March 2019, and they're still going strong. I love these pans and they have held up well over these years since purchased, so this is an update. My husband doesn't respect them like I do ( cuts, scrapes, scratches insides). But they've lasted this long because I don't cut up meat/food in them, use metal utensils nor clean them with abrasive scouring tools. The 8 & 10 inch fry pans have been used and scrubbed the most so they stick a little but they're still good pans. Money well spent.... Great Job Green Pan.!!!

We just purchased this cookware for health reasons. The pans came unscratched and packed well. They are made well and & have a great weight to them, but light enough for my wife. So far, we like how the food easily slides right out but we haven’t had them long and will update as time goes on. The care instructions were a lot more than mentioned. They suggest having your refrigerated food sit out 10 min before cooking, you can not use any spray oils as it will build up on pan, you need to make sure pan is cool before washing, you can’t tap utensil on side of pan, you need to keep pan at medium to low heat not heating up too fast & it mentioned to carefully “nest” your pans. Not sure what that is, but we have soft cloths in between each one. This is ok with my wife, but this is a lot to remember when I just want to grab a pan and cook. These are more high maintenance than I would have liked but I know they are a healthier choice then our old tephlon ones. I didn’t give it five stars because of the extensive care needed & the wood utensils included were very rough on the edges and would easily scratch the pan. We are just using silicon ones.

WOW. We - my husband & I - are beyond delighted with our GreenPam ceramic pan set!!! We had never seen or used ceramic but the idea of an alternative to teflon --- which we've both, over the years --- only had the experience of the teflon wearing off (right into your food a/or just wearing away as they're washed) and....get a new one, time & again. WE ARE PRETTY DARN SURE THESE PANS WILL LAST YEARS & YEARS as we keep them well, follow all recommended care instructions, and always allow them to cool completely before washing. The surface of eash pot or pan is smooth & flawless. The lids are good, well made with the correct weight AND fit tightly. AND DIG THIS: washing them is an actual DELIGHT! The surfaces can take on anything and the food just slips perfectly off, leaving minimal debris which cleans in instants. CERAMIC PANS ROCK --- this company has created a perfect product. AND they are "green". Couldn't be happier.

I love these, I don't put in dishwasher though, nothing sticks to it, just wish lids for all pans came with it

I bought this set in March and it is now May. In the photo you can see the pot and smaller skillet that are part of this set. The large skillet (same brand) I bought about 5 years ago (for comparison.) I was washing the pot and small skillet tonight and the outer coating just started washing off. What’s left is a very rough feeling texture and I can see the aluminum peeking through. In the photo you can see the sponge I was using, along with the soap I was using. The interior of the pot and smaller skillet are completely fine. Is dawn dish soap and a regular sponge too abrasive for this set? I have used the same soap and sponge on the large skillet for years and the coating on the inside and outside are completely fine. I don’t know if they changed the product but this set was an absolute disappointment. I love my large skillet and I use it 2-3 times a week. I was hoping the set would be the same great quality but I am really upset I spent money on this.

By far the absolute best nonstick pans! I've had nonstick pans from several companies (Tfal, etc.) and these are my favorite! This set is a great start and I also bout a couple of extra pieces so that my whole set matched. They also look beautiful, sturdy handles, and nice gray color. I have a few of these on "display" (still use them plenty) on a kitchen island open shelf. They hold up so well! I cook everyday and use these pots and pans every day and not a scratch on them! They are sooooo easy to clean! No soaking overnight necessary. I make quite a mess when I cook and I like to sit and enjoy my meal while its hot. When I hand wash these after eating they are still just so easy to clean, dry quickly and look as new as ever. You will not regret this purchase and they are well worth the money! I hate how other pans have handles that become loose over time or the bottom of the pans will stain/ burn and get ugly. You will not have any of those problems with these.
