Great 2 Player Tile laying Game- Buy a felt bag to go with it!
We love this two player tile game! Someone plays as the colors and someone plays as the sea creatures. You move the other person's tiles and play your own trying to make your colors or creatures touch and get in groups. It is fun and challenging to think through your plays and try to stick your opponent. Highly recommend this 2 Player game! I have gifted it to several people! We also bought a felt bag on amazon to keep the tiles in and it allows the game to play quicker and easier!!

Aqualin is a great 2-player abstract game
Aqualin is a game of tile arrangement and set making. The game is easy to learn, but mastering it takes a bit more work. It feels almost like a game of checkers or chess and has that puzzle quality to it. Strengths: - Simple rules - Easy to set up - Interactive game play - Great table presence Flaws: - Might not have a high replay value since the gameplay is similar each time - Confrontational game play (which is a negative for some people) Aqualin is a great 2-player abstract game.

Replayability is limited
The game is quite fun but it isn’t something that is to die for to play multiple times. It’s more of a quick game to play when you have time to burn but it DOES take 20 minutes to play. Super simple game that requires a lot of strategy and thinking. However, it’s not a top game for me hence why I took off one star. Ultimately, the more you play it, the less you’re going to really enjoy it.

Fun, easy and quick
These is my to go for when we don’t much time or to take places because is so easy and fast to learn that everyone’s want to play it. The only thing that I noticed is that choosing by color became easy to win…but I don’t know for sure that’s a issue or is just me

Under the Sea: Just You and Me
Incredibly simple to learn, small format, yet exceedingly fun two player ocean-themed way to match wits. The production value is exceptional with beautiful, chucky tiles that remind us of Azul. Aqualin is that kind of game you play then immediately want to play again. Can't recommend highly enough.

Endless fun
We play this a few times a week and have yet to get tired of it. Not too challenging but just enough to be fun. I recommend printing a scorecard off BGG.

Good for two players
Hard to find good two player games but this one is quick and fun. A little like chess with a little luck thrown in but not enough luck to be frustrating.

The game is a really nicely made and is good fun, rules are easy to get the hang of but hard to become unbeatable

Un juego muy entretenido para dos, piezas de baquelita resistentes, reglas sencillas pero con estrategia para pasar un buen rato jugando.

I bought this for a friend's children and liked the gameplay so much I bought another one for myself. Husband and I often play a few rounds in the evening -- a round only takes 15 mins or so. Easy to learn but still challenging -- as a strategy game, it doesn't get boring even after repeated play. Nice and small, would be good for travel. If I had one recommendation, it would be that raised ridges be added to the game board, so the tiles don't slide around. I'm thinking about adding ridges with a glue gun.

I bought this game for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. He loves overly complicated board game that aren’t my thing but I was looking for something the two of us could play together. The game was simple to learn but requires enough strategy and thinking to keep him happy and the fact that the game lasts twenty minute not two hours means it was great for my shorter attention Span.
