Working well

I ordered this for my lifelong instant geyser. Height wise both are almost equal. There are some soldering mistakes I see. Example if you see the images there is a dotted solder bump in the middle of rubber washer placement. I worried of leakage but with very tight fitting no leakage happened. Otherwise it was working real good.

It failed by a dead short to ground triggering the RCB in just less than a year, its overpriced and of cheap construction, this geyser was sparingly used and its alarming how it just failed in less than a year, the overall build quality is extremely cheap and you can see tremendous amount of corrosion on the element compared to another 4 year old element the geyser came with which is still working in another toilet

Suitable for Havells 3kw instant water heater (geaser). I purchased this as the Airex brand is also selling many other heating elements. Initially it worked well but It got burnt after using 5 months and it started leaking. So quality needs to be improved. Havells OEM heating element costs Rs. 800 approx and lasts for minimum two years. So quality of this item to be improved for lasting atleast one year.

Is working fine for one and half years after installation. Replaced one that was in an old Bajaj geyser that was more than 10years old. Works with a better energy setting(maybe lower) than original. But not daily use though.

I had purchased 3 Kw Heater Element in my 3 lt, 3Kw instant Geyser. But i received an Element with a high resistance (which will not give 3Kw Output. I requested a replacement and was informed that it would be about 15th June to happen. But nothing happend and the window for return was closed. the But the Seller, in the mean time was communicating with me and has been very patient, and understanding, and informed that they would send a replacement but they needed pictures to confirm the defect which I complied with. They are convinced and in turn sent pictures of the Heater Element showing the Resistance and the appropriate Terminals. In the meantime I wanted to update my Product Review to let probable buyers of this Element, to assure that this Seller is genuine, and a pleasure to deal with. I am withdrawing the low ranking of Star Rating and revising the Rating. Further, this review supercedes all previous reviews from me.I will write another review after using the Replacement Element for a reasonable period, and post it in this forum for the benefit of other buyers.
