It’s a pain in the you know what to put the foam on handle. You really have to force it.

Works as promised. Hopefully a 6 pack in my future

I remember having an ab roller decades ago but this is not that old 80s rickety thing. This is nice, sturdy, and smooth-rolling. Like many others, at first I had a little trouble getting the foam handle on to assemble it, but I put a little soapy water on the bar and that did the trick very easily. The pad that comes with it helps the knees a little but it is a tad small and thin to be really worth it, in my opinion. The roller itself, though is great and I find it fun to use. I do recommend watching some videos on how to use an ab roller safely, because it is possible to strain one's back if you do not have proper form. I like that this works several muscles and not just one or two.

Awesome little workout helper. Doesn't take up a lot of space, and gets your abs and your arms a' workin'! My only complaint is it's hard on your wrists. 🤷🏼‍♀️

The product works well. Now, if only I could do more on it haha. I thought I had some core strength but the ab roller says otherwise. Can't complain though. Works as it should and comes with a nice matt so you won't hurt your knees if you want to do kneeling exercises. For me this is less of a choice and more of...well they're the only ones I can do at this point. Am looking forward to seeing the progress I can make though!

I had to replace my old one, as I let my son take it to college with him. This one is a great replacement. Came quicker than expected.

Its nice and simple, don't think it will break or anything, but its very sturdy and doesn't bow or wobble, alittle difficult to get the grip all the way on but not an issue really.
