They are incorporated as a daily part of our ingestion of prescribed and "over the counter" medications and supplements. It is easy and aids us in attaining the daily recommendation of fiber in a healthy diet. It is easy to purchase at Amazon. We each use 2 caps in the AM and the same at dinner time. So we repeat our order of two 500 cap bottles once a year. It is easy, fast and the product is the same every time..

I'm taking 3 to 4 each morning and I have never been so regular or strain free in my 63 years. I take a lot of supplements and unlike some of them where you cannot physically tell any difference... You give these a few days and they will prove themselves very noticeably. 👍👍
