Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G, US Version, 128GB - Unlocked (Renewed)

I received this S20+ 5G Renewed Phone from Stalion Requip, Shipped from Amazon. Arrived with Android 13 installed. Phone was well packed and came in a plain box with a nice 5Volt 2Amp (9Volt 1.87Amp) charger, USB C charging cable, and SIM Tray removal tool. The box was labeled NEW. The model I received is SM-G986U1. It is NEW, Pristine, Looks and Performs Flawlessly. The phone is Fully Unlocked for all US carriers GSM and CDMA. I put my SIM card and SD card in the dual SIM tray, powered up and in a short while I was up and running. I used the included Smart Switch app to transfer everything from my old Samsung phone. The phone is fast, color and graphics are great. WiFi and Bluetooth connect easily and work flawlessly. Phone connects quickly to Tracfone/Verizon mobile network and switches smoothly between LTE and 5G as I travel along. My Cell service is Tracfone through Verizon. The S20+ supports most of the LTE bands and 5G bands used by Verizon. This is important especially if you live or travel in a weak signal area with Verizon or other CDMA carrier. I don’t know about GSM carriers. I first ordered the S20 FE, which, I found out, does not support the mmWave bands needed for the fastest 5G Verizon service or reliably connect to Verizon in my weak signal home location. As a result I couldn’t get connected unless I walked outside my house into my driveway. Someone living in a strong signal area would not notice unless they travel into a weak signal area. This seems to be a problem with the design of the S20 FE and not the fault of the Renewer or Amazon. I wasn't willing to wait and try a replacement S20 Fe 5G so, unfortunately I had to send the S20 FE 5G back, I ordered the S20+ 5G instead. I'm very happy with my decision and with my S20+ 5G which supports 5G mmWave and reliably connects to Verizon in my weak signal area. I can’t say enough good about Stalion Requip. All Renewers are not created equal. Stalion Requip includes a printout of all the internal specs and test results so you know what you're getting. Purchase your phone from Stalion Requip and you won’t be disappointed.

This is a review for the Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G phone re-sold by amazon prime. I've had mixed luck buying refurbished devices off Amazon. The first three phones were amazing, I couldn't even tell they were used/refurbished. The one before this was kinda rough: the body of the phone was poorly glued together, so the seam was always trying to come apart, the glass was scratched, the camera glass wasn't attached in the bottom half. Very poor. THIS phone is amazing. I'm writing to prospective buyers and to remind myself that this reseller is top notch. The package came with off brand cord and block, nothing else. Phone was double wrapped in bubble wrap. It did come with a completely discharged battery, took about 5 minutes of charging before it read 1%. Literally zero aesthetic issues. All seams and glass were very securely attached. No scratches or dents anywhere on the phone, it literally looks and acts brand spanking new. Very, terrifically happy. For those who are curious, it does not have a headphone jack, it does have a micro SD card slot, and it takes a micro Sim card. Properly unlocked.

Beware purchasing an Amazon Renewed phone! I ordered an Amazon Renewed Galaxy s20+ 5G Unlocked in November of 2023. I got a $1000 phone for $400. The phone is freaking awesome! Screen quality and camera are exceptionally great. Even better than many of Samsung's flagship phones that have come out since the s20+ was released in 2020. The phone has become an important tool for my landscaping business (mobile check deposits, plant identification, and work documentation). However, I dropped it a few months ago and the camera stopped working. So I happily ordered another Amazon Renewed Galaxy s20+ 5G Unlocked. But much to my despair, the phone I received had a cheap, very low resolution screen and poor quality camera in it. I've ordered three of the renewed phones over the last few months in the hope of getting a true Galaxy s20+ 5G that isn't full of junk replacement parts. All three phones I ordered were advertised as having the same quality screen and camera as an original manufactured s20+ direct from Samsung. But all three of them contained cheap, junk components!!! The first of the three phones I ordered was dropped by me about a week after receiving it. The cheap screen in it shattered to pieces. I probably could've lied about the damage and returned the phone for a refund, but that would've been very dishonest behavior. So, I took the loss. I returned the second phone I ordered soon after receiving it and learning that it too contained junk components. I attempted to resolve my concerns about the poor quality components installed in the third phone I ordered by emailing the small business that sold it to me through Amazon. They placed a card in the box with the phone that said to contact them directly. However, Stallion ReQuip's reps failed to provide a resolution to the problem. They kept asking me for information I had already provided to them and they never sent me the return shipping label they said they would send to me. I don't know if their reading comprehension is lacking or they know they are selling phones that are different than what they are advertised as being and they had no intention of fixing the problem. So I initiated a return through Amazon and am now writing this review. If you are looking for a cheap, junk version of a Galaxy s20+, which isn't actually a true s20+, then feel free to order one of these falsely advertised phones. Or, you might be better off buying a lessor quality new phone for the money that will actually contain the parts it is supposed to have in it. But if you're looking for a great deal on a previous flagship model phone with original quality replacement parts, then go elsewhere. These businesses are not fully honest and transparent about what they're selling. And, Amazon Renewed phones, at least for me, are no longer the great and exciting bargain they once were. As for my original renewed purchased s20+, I took it to a local small business electronics repair shop today and got the camera replaced for $95. It only took about 45 minutes. So much better than burning through $600+ and wasting days and weeks dealing with sellers and making returns.

Love it, works n looks great for the money

Product arrived quickly, and in excellent condition. The only thing I don't like about it is that the battery does not hold charge for as long as my S9 Plus did. It came with a charging cord, but the phone requires a fast charger, unless you have 4 hours or more to charge your phone. Everything else about the phone that I can tell so far is pretty great.

Showed up quickly and seems to be in as described condition. Nothing seems wrong with it, and after updating out of the box the battery life seems to be good as well. Which is saying something for a 4 year old refurbished cell phone. Decent for the price. Better Reception with the 5G network. No complaints thus far.

Firstly, the phone arrived an entire week earlier than the estimated delivery date, which is always nice. Secondly, the charger it came with was kinda lacklustre. If you want to utilise fast-charging with this phone, get a USB-C to USB-C charger. Thirdly, the sides and some of the back have very clearly been glued, but it was honestly a good job at that. All in all, well worth the price.

Phone arrived way sooner than expected, in perfect condition. Only issue I have is that supplied charger is super slow! Like barely works if you're using the phone.

Me llego en buen estado y hasta ahora nada ha fallado, funciona al cien en todo

RESÚMEN: El celular llegó en buenas condiciones, solo llegó con unos rayones muy pequeños que se pueden ocultar fácilmente con una funda, cuenta con Snapdragon, me vino desbloqueado y me funcionó con mi chip de Telcel, el celular es la versión americana del Samsung S20+. ACCESORIOS: El celular también me llegó con sus accesorios originales (cargador completo y un adaptador USB para USC - C) por lo que me salió muy bien al menos esa parte. BATERÍA: La capacidad de la batería me marca que sigue siendo de 4500 mAh y día tras día la siento muy duradera; mi anterior celular era el Huawei P40 Pro y este celular me dura mucho más la batería, siento que la administra de mejor forma y eso que suelo usar mucho el celular y apenas se baja la batería del dispositivo. CÁMARAS: No tengo mucho que decir en este aspecto, funcionan como nuevas, no tengo nada que decir. ALMACENAMIENTO: Al ser liberado de cualquier compañía me libre de las molestas aplicaciones que después te ponen los distribuidores de chips así que tengo mucho más espacio libre a que si lo hubiera conseguido de mediante alguna compañía. CONCLUSIÓN: Es mi primera compra de un celular reacondicionado y definitivamente recomiendo a las personas el pensar comprar este tipo de dispositivos porque aparte de que son celulares con excelente calidad, están a un excelente precio. Si quieren todavía el asegurarse de que es un buen producto también podrían revisar las calificaciones que tiene el vendedor que está vendiendo el celular ya que no siempre es el mismo.
