Holy cow! These brushes are WONDERFUL! I couldn't believe how soft they were and what a difference they'd make to my makeup application, but they made applying cosmetics a dream! The handles are lovely to hold, the bag they come in is lovely too and there are more brushes than you can shake a stick at! In particular, the eyebrow comb/brush is great for me because I have eczema on my eyebrows and the stuff bristles of the brush get rid of the flaky skin, while being gentle enough not to make my skin red. My daughter has a set of brushes she paid about £30 for, and she ignored them and used mine because these brushes kick the ass of hers! The foundation brushes and kabuki brush are as soft as the softest animal fur and feel lovely against your skin, and the eye shadow brushes and blender are super effective for easy, controlled application of eyeshadow and for smudging eyeliner. This bag of brushes is all you'll ever need, and the ladies in my family are probably all going to end up with some for Christmas! For the price, you'd be crazy not to buy them and honestly, they are easily as good (if not far superior) to brushes at quadruple the price!

For my birthday I got these beautiful makeup brushes and I love them! They are super soft and fluffy and very easy to clean after use. They blend extremely well whilst not leaving the product patchy on the skin. It comes with 11 brushes and a eyebrow comb. After I use these brushes I wash them with warm water and shampoo as directed on the packaging and no hair comes out in the process like previous experiences. I am very impressed with these and they now are my favourite brush set! The price of these brushes are very reasonable considering the quality of the makeup brushes. I would definitely recommend these EmaxDesign makeup brushes.

I havent bought brushes online before, however, thought that i would risk it and try this set. I bought it with prime delivery, so received the item next day. It is a near complete set, with a very good variety of brushes. Would work well as a gift for someone who does not have a good set of makeup brushes, as i have thrown some old ones out as no longer use them opting for this instead. It was the number of kabuki style brushes that initially attracted me to this set, with this style of brush normally costing more than the entire set, which has three in it! I tugged at the bristles as cheap brushes I've bought in the past tend to shed, these however seem well made.I have not noticed any loose or un-level bristles, which is great. They came in an orange bag, when I opened the brushed they did smell almost like a chemical rubber. I think this may have been from the bag. But after am hour in the air this went away without the need to wash the brushes. I did dispose of the bag, mainly as not to my taste. The bristles on all of the brushes are soft, but firm to the touch not at all coarse on the face, and i would describe my skin as sensitive. My favorite brushes in the set are the kabuki style brushes and the foundation brush, which unlike other foundation brushes i have tried did not leave a streaky finish. There is a small pamphlet advising which brush best suits which type of makeup, but they are very multi purpose. The length of the handles are comfortable to use. It would be fantastic if they did a further range with more fine brushes for lip liner and eye liner, as i would defiantly choose to repurchase this brand over trying another. I have washed the brushes a few times (with MAC brush cleanser) and they have come up as good as new, retaining their shape well. The handles of the brush set are wooden, so i have avoided getting them wet. I really like the design of the brush set, they look expensive, and not like the numerous clones of a well known makeup brush brand that seems to be the trend at the moment. Good set of brushes, I normally spend more on one brush than this set cost in total. I will be recommending to freinds

Came on time and in perfect condition. Arrived in an orange bag and initially everything had a strong chemical smell. This does go away once you've washed and aired out the brushes. I did not keep the bag because of the smell but it looked like a good quality useful drawstring bag. The brushes themselves are surprisingly good quality for the price. I've had them for over 6 months, there is no fall out during washing. They are super soft. Some of the brushes are made better than others but overall I got use from over half the set. The shorter handle brushes were useful for travelling. I love this set so much I recommended to friends who have all enjoyed the product!

These brushes are amazing! I wasnt expecting much as all the make up brushes ive had in the past haven't looked good when applied so ive just been using other means of application last few yrs. But took the plunge and glad I did. Theyre so soft. When opened up there was a chemical smell but after washing, like meant to anyway, they were fine back to soft looking as I looked up how to wash them with shampoo and laid them flat a bit off the shelf to dry.no shedding at all or streaks. Applies really well. Good mix of brushes. My fav is the multiuse foundation brush and the concealer and blusher brush. Got a leaflet that tells you what they are but some doesnt make sense. Like says blusher one is a big eyeshadow brush but its far too big for that. But theres reviews on you tube that tells you what theyre best used for if you dont know your brushes. In short these are well worth the money and I didnt get these for free so you can take my word for it.

I wasn't given this to review I bought it so I can be honest. The bag honks, I mean absolutely "oh dear god this is going in the bin" stinks. The "list" that tells you which brush is which is hilariously bad. I for one won't be attempting to use the 2. Big eyeshadow brush as an eyeshadow brush, but as a flat foundation brush or large concealer brush, because that is what it is. This isn't worth a drop down of less than a star though, I have an Eco tools set and this is a much cheaper dupe and the same quality . The bristles are soft yet thick enough to be pressed tip first into your hand without collapsing. Just remember that this is a basic set, if you intend to get all arty with eye make up the brushes you get with this one are not thin enough and it is worth looking at an additional eyeshadow set as a companion.

This vegan make up brush set is a really good buy for the price. The angled eyebrow brush is perfect and the variety of brushes cover most make up needs. Each brush is well shaped and very soft, or firm according to their purpose. The handles are a great length and just right - not too long or short. There was a very slight iffy aroma when first opened, but that faded pretty quickly. I am really pleased with this purchase and can recommend the brush set and the seller who provided an excellent service with fast despatch and delivery.
