Good but way too Pricey
This is the only baking powder that we use because of the fact that it does contain "baking soda", which leaches vitamin B from your body. I don't know when we'll ever purchase it again because the price for one is now outrageous.

Great product for low sodium bakers.
Perfect solution for those with sodium restrictions. Works great. Wish it was in local supermarkets, but easy to get on Amazon.

Helpful in lo sodium diet
Works great for reducing sodium in your diet. It doesn't rise quite as high as regular baking powder, but difference is not much. Will continue to buy.

My Favorite Baking Powder for 2 Reasons
1. It's corn free.2. It's sodium free. I've used a lot of baking powders in my day, and many of them are loaded with sodium, and this sodium has an inferior taste compared to all natural sea salt. Which is why I like the Hains Baking Powder. Since it's sodium free, you can add your own (or not).

Be Careful ordering this product from M.T.R.C.
Ordered Hain Powder from this vendor M.T.R.C. as the manufacturer said it had been discontinued and I couldn’t find it locally. Waited a month for it to delivered and upon arrival found the normal Date and Manufacturing Code missing from the can. Don't know if this was made 3 years or 3 months ago. Very strange it took a month to ship a product that is discontinued and it is missing the Date Code.

Works well no sodium.
I've been using this baking powder for years (I'm on a low sodium diet) . It works pretty well but you may need to use more than your recipe calls for.
