OK, I know, old school and not the most health foody way to get protein but it's the cheapest, plus the equivalent of a good multi vitamin. I'm not trying to lose weight, I'm skinny now - I use whole milk and pack my SF smoothies with good stuff (unsweetened frozen fruit, lots of it, etc. helps cut the fake sugar sweetness) and it works for me. That's a good bit of whey and soy protein and it's smooth and nice to drink. Also was helpful when I needed to lose weight - I mixed it with almond or 2%. Other trendy protein powder are a massively overpriced ripoff IMHO.

This powder taste pretty good. Better than expected. I mix it with almond milk, a tiny bit of sugar free chocolate syrup, and coffee and use this as my coffee in the mornings. Right now Im only using it as one meal replacement. My 18yr old has been using it as extra protein for each meal since he's trying to bulk up.

Stop procrastinating and try slimfast. It truly works. It's a meal replacement that's loaded with fiber, protein and vitamins. Experiment with all of the recipes that Slimfast has to offer. The company probably spent millions of dollars deveolping the recipes and it will help you succeed on reaching your weightloss goal, adding mor nutrician to your day or even if you just need a quick meal. YOu can even FREEZE Slimfast and make it into icecream. Try making the chocolate chip peppermint shake. It's going to blow your mind and it's still under 300 calories which is perfect for a meal replacement. I complletely recommend Slimfast if you're wanting to lose weight and keep it off. Remember, every day is a new day and Slimfast is there so that you can start over. Become a BETTER you by losing a little weight, increasing your exercise (even if it's just walking in place or jumping jacks) and drink more water. Stop waiting and do it now. Within a week you're going to be amazed as to how much weight you lost even without trying.

Used this this morning around 7:10am! Mixed with 8 oz low carb vanilla flavored milk and 1/4 cup fruit. It kept me full till lunch at 12:20pm. It also kept me feeling full enough I didn't snack all afternoon long like I usually do!

Love the vanilla kind. It's the best. With the big container of them it last us awhile. If you put some ice in it. Makes it so good.

I bought the Vanilla Cream and Creamy Chocolate flavors and both were a bit disappointing. I don't know if it's my blender but the Vanilla Cream has a gritty texture no matter how long I blend it and the taste is not very good. It's hard to pin down just what it tastes like but sometimes I get a hint of vanilla cake batter. That's what the Vanilla Cream tastes like to me. The Creamy Chocolate, on the other hand, is decent, but it's barely chocolatey. I mix it sometimes with a little chocolate milk just so I can actually taste the chocolate. Both products are OK but I've had much better. I won't be buying these again.

Super super rico y lo mas increíble para mi esque me ayuda mucho en cuestión digistiva, y esto no lo esperaba, yo sufro de reflujo y otras problemas digistivas por lo cual me cuesta mucho comer y digerir comida y este licuado me ha ayudado desde el primer uso de comer mejor y digerir mejor la comida , y me siento mucho mejor. Lo volvería a comprar muchas gracias 🙏
