I have a read a lot of reviews for this product before purchasing. Going into this I knew there was a likelihood of having to modify the mount, And I did have to. Because of the bumper and how close it is to the hitch receiver on my 2021 Dodge ram 1500 Bighorn, I had to modify the top of the mount in order to fit between the bumper and the receiver hitch and because of how it had to be inserted and turned, I had removed part of the years on the inside of the mount. People are forgetting that this is not made for a specific vehicle and this is a generic amount and if you have to modify the mount to fit your vehicle, it’s because it wasn’t designed to fit your vehicle specifically. I personally love this product and I think it is a great product.

These DO NOT FIT on a 2017 F250. They are well built but the bracket will not go over the 2-1/2" receiver tube. It will fit over the 2" sleeve but the holes for the pin will not line up. Still a well built product that I will use on a different truck.

Had these delivered today and after a few hours, I got them installed. They didn't come with instructions, but they are fairly simple to figure out. Most of my install time was due to figuring out the wiring, as this set doesn't come with with ANY. Luckily, I had some handy. They do exactly what they claim and they help me see better at night for sure. I recommend them. Just be aware that you will need extra wire and some splicing equipment.

Super easy to install Just don’t do it backwards the brightness is alright nd bright the adjustment ability is easy but could be a lot better. condensation hasn’t been a problem yet haven’t had them to long tho I’ll update when I’ve had them long enough to tell but the value for the money is nice could be cheaper tho and the results are better not but definitely could be a lot long I had to buy 4 extra wire two for the battery nd 2 more to run the switch inside of my vehicle how I wanted it

Selected used but excellent condition. Original packaging torn open and in a bag in a Amazon box. Missing hardward cost me $6.25. Don't they inspect the Item before offering it for sale? To fit my 2023 Colorado had to modify the brackets. I cut the larger piece at the top center line of the hitch opening into 2 pcs. And remove about 1/2" off the top and ground a bevel to conform the the weld on the hitch on all pieces. Had to drill 2 newholes for light mounting to gain side clearance and installed it. Electrical: I tapped into the RH tail light for power. After all that it performed better than I expected.

The lights are plenty bright. I put it on my 2023 GMC Sierra. I realized some people drilled more holes. I was going to do that but then I realized I had to flip the frame put the short side on top of the hitch, it allowed more room for me to properly put the light on the bottom. My chrome bumper stuck out like 2 inches. I'm getting a L-bracket 3 inches long to put the lights on top of the hitch. I had bought plenty of extra wire to run it to my auxillary switch panel in the cab so I can use them lights when I want. The other day I put the switch on to back up in the dark and forget to shut them off. A little bit later down the road I noticed I forgot to turn it off. DUH! But now I'm going to tap into the reverse light on the trailer 5/6pin connection for reverse to automatically come on when reverse. Check clarence from hitch to bumper. May need L-bracket as an extender.

My overall quality rating is because the lights and bracket is exceptional well made and I wish it fit and I could have used it as is. Initially felt the 8" wires are way too short to reach possible connection points on any vehicle without splicing in extra wires. Short-sighted detail for such a high quality assembly. The real problem was with the saddle that fits around the receiver. I have a new Ford Ranger with a factory receiver with no rust or damage yet but could not get the two halves to slide on. I had to mill about 0.040" off the inside before it would slide on. Also the receiver hitch fits very close to the edge of the bumper so I had to remove material from the top of one half.. Once I got it to fit properly I found that it fit too close to the hitch pin making insertion and removal very difficult. Decided to fabricate custom brackets to fit existing bumper mounting bolts to avoid drilling the bumper. I probably should have returned it but the lighting and housing are good quality. I'm sure the brackets will probably fit other receiver hitches and bumper configurations but unfortunately, not mine.

The product arrived in time and it looks very good. Unfortunately, it won't fit between bumper and receiver. Everything else seems to be okay but there is no way to get it in there. So it's not only the space between receiver opening and hooks, it also needs at least an inch or 1.5 inches between bumper and receiver. Great idea but I'll have to return it 😭

You have to be careful how it fits onto your tow point in relation to wire connections to trailer Would for fit on mine so it is now no use to me and have installed them on a totally different brackets Lights are great
