I just got finished installing the screen protector and case. Honestly, this thing is a tank. SIZE Approximately 4" wide and 8" tall, the phone can still be held, but it is definitely a bit challenging. If you're actually using the phone, you'll probably need to support it on your fingers and have a quick thumb to pinch it should it begin to slip. Although the rubber grip in the back helps. INITIAL IMPRESSIONS Between the rubber grip on the back and the padding around the phone, it shouldn't fall out of my hand, but it shouldn't matter if it does. We'll see when it inevitably gets dropped while camping or something. Anyhow, it feels solid, I just wish the rubber on the back were stipple like a pistol grip for better friction, since wrapping your fingers around the phone while using it is impractical as it doesn't allow you to reach all the way to the left side of the screen. I am average as can be, weighing 140 lbs at 5'8" with average size man hands. This case is about as big as it can possibly get without being utterly unwieldy. If it's as good as the description said, it is absolutely worth it. If not it will be an needless burden and a waste of money. We'll see. CONCLUSION If there is a serious failure, such as the phone dropping and receiving wanton damage, or water getting into the case and moistening this waterproof beauty of a phone, I'll come back to update this review. SUGGESTIONS for USER concerning LANYARD & BETTER GRIP The included dog tag - style chain can be looped around the little finger, and can create preasure between itself and the index finger, to better grip the phone. You will need to hold your index finger along the right side of the phone to accomplish this. I will likely use some #36 Bank Line and creat a larger loop to fit over my little, ring, and middle fingers as they support the phone to ensure a secure hold at all times, even if the phone were to slip out of my hand.

I really like the case and the saftey knowing nothing can happen to my phone due to the all metal construction of the case! But I didnt think it would be as heavy as it is its really weighing down the pockets it's got some noticeable heft to it but I would still recommend it for anyone that wants the peace and mind knowing nothing can happen to their expensive phone

Update Review 4/25/2020 = I have dropped my phone in a parking lot. Luckily the point of impact was the soft plastic edge. I was surprised to find no scratches on the metal. I'm in no way suggesting that the results would be the same if the point of impact were metal vs. asphalt. I think this case would still look amazing with some scratches and dings. In warmer climates (such as southern Califonia, U.S.), the soft plastic area on the back of the case becomes softer and bulged outwards. Therefore I do not recommend using a SCOSCHE Magnetic Mount Plate with this case because the bulge caused by the SCOSCHE metal plate will stretch out the soft plastic material of the case. Furthermore, I have not successfully kept this case mounted on a magnetic mount holder due to how the phone and case weigh together. It's also probably best not to magnetic mount a metal case that can become a projectile if it were to dismount inside a vehicle in motion. Overall it's been a solid case. I'm buying a red one. ///////// Solid case. Metal and plastic. Packaging that it came in was also a step up, which included a tool for the screws. I have dropped my phone from waist high onto a parking lot. A perfect drop that fell flat on the screen should have shattered. Not a scratch. Not a blemish. The plastic molds are perfect for grip. The metal construction is heavy and solid. You could probably whoop someone silly with this thing if you needed to. Overall it completes the phone. It fits as the phone belongs in this case, and the case makes up for how fragile the Galaxy S20 FE feels. Cooling performance was an unexpected feature to find in a phone case.

I love the fit and finish of the case. Feels great/grippy, excellent button responsiveness, and a DUST COVER. I've been on a long search for a phone case with a charging dust cover and this case does exactly what I need it to; protect my investment. I'm on the move a lot and doing projects often so I wanted something tough and rugged but not turn my phone into a brick. This case was the answer. MAJOR CON: as satisfied as I am with the confidence of having such a durable metal case, it absolutely kills my phone signal, which in turn, kills my battery life throughout the day. I read another review which mentioned this case is a "faraday" box and that's exactly what it is. The metal is what blocks the signal; interesting how one of the the selling points is not all it's cooked up to be. I've had the case for a week and am leaning towards returning it. I'll certainly be sad to see it go but (my preference) I'd rather have better signal with one of my other cases and continue my search for a durable case with a dust cover.

Good solid case.

I've been using it for a few days and it is probably the best case I've ever owned. Needing a tool to assemble and disassemble kind of socks but I don't plan on taking it out of the case regularly. The case seems extremely durable with thick padding. It looks good and feels great in my hand. Some people have complained about the weight but short of trying to record a long video I can't see this as a problem. I plan to update my review at a later time but for now, I would definitely recommend. Update: I have now had the case for a month and it has me or exceeded my expectations in every way.

The biggest reason I bought this case was for the dust cover. And it doesnt work, once you pull it out to charge your phone it won't go back in. It just slides out. Useless. The case itself is very chunky and feels indestructible so if you don't care about the dust cover then go for it. The screen protector though has a black trim which blocks out the very sides of the screen which hides the colour ring you get when you get notifications, which is inconvenient

Case does not completly cover the phone there for not making it dust or water proof . No fault but my own just did not read well enough . Case does seem very durable but a bit heavy and the rubber peice u have to remove to charge the phone will definitely not last long . I have had a case in the past with this type of charging port cover and it lasted very little with out tearing off.

I thought this would be a great idea for me since I work in construction. Outside in the cold. I did not think about how the cold would effect the ability of the phone and the touch sensitivity. It upset me every time I pulled phone out of pocket to use. It was cold on my hand. It also made the phone lose charge as it was basically a cooler. It was too big. The glass screen would prevent the proper letter from being touched which basically made me lose my mind when trying to text someone below zero. And I mean it did drop once from about my hip height. And yeah the phone is ok but the whole case and screen is bent and broken. I'm also concerned about how the heat will effect this case and my phone but not really as it's now in the garbage
