I'm a mother of 4 kids. I know kids get stains and. Sometimes no matter what you can't get the stain out. So I decided to see if I could be proactive and stop the stains from ever happening....This product is amazing!!! I bought my 12 year old daughter a pair of Vans Winnie the Pooh special addition shoes. She is OBSESSED with Winne The Pooh. She has everything in her room a pooh from her curtains, blankets, sheets, lamps, wall decals, dresser, blinds, light switch covers to underwear in Poo Bear!!! The shoes were sold for a limited time and will never be sold again! With that being said I wanted to make sure that they wouldn't get ruined when she wore them. I researched the different brands of canvas protectors and came across a YouTube video of this product. I seriously didn't believe it was going to do everything the video showed but it had great reviews on Amazon, so I bought it. I first tried it out on an old pair of my shoes. When it had dried for 24 hours I ran water on the shoe for 10 min and the shoe never got wet! I broke out the ranch dressing (thinking if it did some how stain it would be easier to get it out because it's a light color. The ranch slid right off! Then I got the ketchup, slid right off!! I got a hand full of grass and scrubbed it all over my shoe and I wet it and the grass fell right off the "grass stain" didn't stick! I saw on the video that they used a cardboard box as a ice cooler once sprayed with never wet. So I grabbed the cardboard I used to catch the overspray. Guess what! The part that had the over spray never got wet even after soaking in the sink full of water for like 1/2 the day!!! The part that the shoes were on that didn't get sprayed was mush in the bottom of my sink. I did color test the Vans shoes in the tung of the shoe just to be on the safe side, I didn't want to take any chances and it worked great. She's had the shoes since her birthday in March and it's now July and they still look like they did the day I took them out of the box!! I bought the spray can version of the never wet to use on our sofas. I will be doing those as soon as the weather cools down so we can open the windows to ventilate the house.

I purchased this spray because we will be vacationing in snowy weather and I didn't want to spend a ton of money on waterproof boots because we couldn't find any affordable ones that we actually liked. We live in South Florida so we will most likely never wear them again. I wanted to buy boots that we actually liked so we could still wear them when it's cold here.I saw some reviews on here that said 1 bottle didn't even cover one pair of shoes but I'm going to have to say they weren't using it properly. I had my husband spray my boots because he paints cars for a living and I figured he'd be much better at spraying them evenly than I would. He did say that the sprayer is not great and he had to be a good distance away to get an even coat. You can't spray from close. He didn't mention a strong odor while spraying and I didn't smell anything when I got home from work.With this one 11 ounce bottle, he sprayed 3 pairs of boots; 2 Koolaburra Uggs classic boot in tall and mini which are not water resistant or water proof and 1 pair of Uggs classic short II which are water resistant, however I did not test the water resistance before they were sprayed.. He sprayed all 3 pairs and then 48 hrs later he did a second coat on all 3 pairs. You can see in the video that it worked just fine. It's only been a week so I don't know how long it will last but I'm happy with the result for now. He said that it did make them a little bit darker (I have Nightshade which is a dark purple, chestnut and black). But when I came home and looked at them, I didn't notice a shade difference. There aren't any streaks or dark spots. They are all still one color. There is still a little bit left in the bottle but he doesn't think it will be enough to cover another pair so I will definitely be buying this again to spray the rest of the boots. This $17 has saved me hundreds of dollars by not having to buy a bunch of waterproof boots.

This spray bottle for shoes to repel water or rain only works temporarily. Does not last long. Thanks.

The media could not be loaded. This stuff works great! I purchased a new pair of hiking shoes and applied the NeverWet to them before wearing. It sprays on easily, just like any liquid from a spray bottle. Coats the shoes with about 10 squirts from the bottle. The product goes a long way. I have used about a half a bottle on four pair of shoes and all with the same water repelling results. The video was created about 48 hours after spraying to allow ample time to dry. I have also sprayed a nylon jacket and it worked just the same. The package size may full you but the product goes a long way. Be sure NOT to shake it before using, as that might create some bubbles.

The bottle is so small but! It does cover you all summer. I use this in the spring on my outdoor cushions by the pool and it helps so much with water from the pool and rain, dirt and derby throughout the summer. I’m not going to lie it’s kind of a process doing it but once it’s done it’s very helpful.
