I have struggled with can openers for years. This one is fantastic and opens cans easily. I have had it for months now, and it's a good as new. It works by removing the entire lid, which is much smarter. It seems very sturdy, and the wheel turns easily.

The grip and cut quality is awesome!

I had bought one before and then I liked it so much I bought another. It is easy to use and much more comfortable to use then regular can openers.

This is the best manual can opener I have ever had! Once the top comes off, the edges are sharp but they are with regular can openers. I highly recommend.

I was excited to have a side-cut can opener (it makes it much easier to wash the lids for recycling). It is hard to turn the knob, and I often struggle. I had hoped to buy one for my dad, but I would not give this to seniors or anyone who has difficulties with their hands.It's hard to know when you're all the way around, and it's more important to stop right away that with a traditional can opener, otherwise you get burrs. This is especially bad if it's a large can of dry goods that you are going to be using for a while. Sometimes I put tape over it so that no one gets hurt. I also try to visually line up where I start cutting with a design on the label, so that I can stop in the right place, but it doesn't always work.This one takes more finesse, is slower, harder to turn, and with more mediocre results than my big metal traditional can opener. I wish it was made that well, and I could know when to stop to not get burrs. Definitely more stressful to use and makes my fingers/wrist hurt.The size is nice, the handle feels nice in my hand, and they did try to include the pinchers to lift the lid. The design seems thoughtful but doesn't quite work as well as I would like.

This works amazing. I love it more than the similar, different brand, one that wore out on me.
