My mom needed a replacement for her very old manger scene. I found this one, and it is perfect! So many of these have large metal clamps (?) on the sides to help hold the socket in the hole of your nightlight (or manger scene), but this one is smaller, and not so tight. My mom's manger scene stable is made of cardboard, and too much pressure might harm it. I think this one will be able to hold the light without damaging the hole. We put a white (not clear) bulb in it, and it looks beautiful! The cord is nice and long, and the switch is about 18" from the light, so it's easy to locate and use. Highly recommended!

This single light is just what I needed for my ceramic church. It fits perfectly and give off a great light. I added a timer to it so it does exactly what I needed it to do. Very satisfied.
