Love this brush size and bristle stiffness. I have very fine hair so the bristle length works for me but not as well for my daughter who has much thicker hair. She has to section out her hair to get the desired smooth effect. I'd like the grip to be a touch grippier, however the light weight and balance of the handle to bristle is pretty decent. I've only had it for a week so unsure of durability but so far, the quality looks to be on par. I do like the pop out hair separator on the bottom of the handle.

Took me forever to replace my beloved old brush and now I wished I would have done it sooner. This brush is great! It’s lightweight, easy to use, reduces frizz and my hair doesn’t get tangled in the bristles. Really good brush!

excellent brush. i have bought this style before but bristles always too sharp and short. these are longer and more gentle. doesn't grip the hair as much as some but that's prob a good trade-off.

This hair brush works well. It glides through hair however with some pulling that causes breakage. The bristles feel gentle on the scalp but keeps hair neat and smooth. It’s lightweight, comfortable to hold, and seems sturdy enough to last. A simple, reliable brush that makes daily hair care a lot easier.

I was looking for a small round brush to use for curling my bangs w/ a blow dryer. The brush I had had little balls on the end of the bristles, which pulled my hair out every time I wrapped my hair around it. This brush is PERFECT, the bristles are shorter, but it holds the hair while the blower heats the core to curl my bangs without ripping out my hair. I couldn't be happier with this brush. The old brush works better going through wet hair or pulling it back to a ponytail, as the new short bristle brush is softer and doesn't go through wet hair as well, and is 'sharper' on the scalp. Overall i will still use 2 brushes on my hair, but I love this new one for curling shorter hair sections.

I have searched for 4 years for a brush to replace my 20yr old Good Grips brush. This model is excellent with one exception for anyone suffering with arthritis or other hand problems. The handle is a tapered 'almond' shaped, making it a bit more difficult to hold onto and putting strain on my wrist and fingers, causing pain. The ridges for gripping at the base of the brush closest to the bristles are made of a hard plastic, not the softer silicon / rubber feeling material in the rest of the grip so it also causes pain in the thumb and index finger while holding it. The barrel and bristles are excellent and provide great styling control while not heating the hair too much. I just wish the entire grip was more uniform in shape for ease of grip and slightly more cushioned throughout its length. It would provide a much better painless experience and lessen strain on hands and help mitigate repetitive motion injuries.

Very lightweight due to the ceramic head. Bristles are long enough for me (male with short hair which I blow up into a finger comb back).

Received this product in a damaged box. No seal or cellotapes. It looked like it was all opened and put everything together again.

I've been a fan of Osensia brushes since I got my first one maybe 5 years ago. I remember they're a privately owned company based in New York. I chose the second largest barrel size at the time The brush has a little tag attached, offering free alligator clips if you emailed them. But, I live in Canada and the offer was technically for US residents; even so, they made sure I got them, which I still have and use. That first brush was my go-to every day until the silicone part of the handle started to slip a few months ago. My handscan get sweaty when I blow-dry (it's hot in here during summer), which is probably why, between that and the heat of the blowdryer, the silicone covering finally had enough — but the bristles were still in perfect shape. When I went back to their site to replace it, they were sold out of that size brush, but they had the largest barrel size. Pretty sure my hair could handle it, so I went for that size and so glad I did. I absolutely love it and think it's a better size for me. So that's my main brush now. In meantime, I found a hack to fix my other one by using nail glue to tamp down the blue covering on the handle, so now I have two. These brushes are a pleasure. They glide through the hair like butta, hold heat, and your hair doesn't get tangled in the handle. Plus, they're so comfortable to hold, which is a dealbreaker for me because of the nerve compression in my hands. There's also a removable pic in the handle to create a zig-zag paw'rt, a feature some love for sure and helps hide the grey regrowth. I love, love, love Osensia, and so glad I got the largest size by chance. It's a great fit for me. Thanks Osensia (curious about the name actually 🤔). You've got a great product.
