Doesn't fit SL-R8050
I have SL-R8050, and needed to replace them right away, quicker than could be delivered by Amazon. Tried the covers for SL-R8070 to see if by chance they would fit. Turns out they did NOT fit. Providing this review for benefit of others wondering if they are interchangeable. They are not. In each of the pictures, 8050 is on the left, 8070 is on the right.

Arrived fast, and genuine Shimano
I had to get help from my wife to stretch these over the brake levers! We got it done though and now her brakes are like new!
