It's not a perfect fit (kind of loose, compared to the orgininal.) But the Price was nice and I'll keep it.

Poor fit. Plastic not as thick as original. Inceasees
At first glance, this lint trap looked like it was made per the same specs as the original one that came with my Samsung dryer. However, I put it into my dryer and immediately noticed a large gap on either end between the lint trap and the dryer which allows lint to bypass the screen and go through my dryer and out the exhaust. (see picture of gap I included) That will allow lint to build up very quickly on the blower wheel, other internal components and throughout the exhaust ductwork, all three of which represent increasing potential fire hazards. The other picture I included compares the ends of the original and replacement lint trap which clearly shows the ends of this replacement product are about 1/3 the thickness of the original manufacturers lint trap and that creates the large gap discussed above. I guess if they sell millions of these, the pennies saved per unit would increase their profit., but is it really worth the potential cost of increasing fire hazards for your customers and increasing wear and tear on their dryer as well? SHAME ON WHOEVER MADE THE DECISION TO MAKE THE PLASTIC THINNER THAN OEM SPEC. IF ANYONE HAS A GAP, LIKE THE ONE SHOWING IN MY PICTURE & THE GAP IS c THERE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT AS IT WILL BE INCREASING THE FIRE HAZARD TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AND MORE LINT WILL BE CAKING UP INSIDE YOUR DRYER.

Kinda does the job
Kinda does the job. Fits Kinda poorly allowing quite a bit of lint by it. Definitely suggest cleaning the dryer vent and disassembling your dryer to clean the blower fan etc as well significantly more often. The oem wasn't that much more. Definitely recommend getting from Samsung.
