Best Suction Device for nipples ***updated April 2021***
I have purchased quite a few different accessories for enlarging my nipples, several different suction devices and bands. These are by far the best for all day wear. I also love the fact that they different sizes. As a guy I have small nipples and the number 1 size works the best. It sucks enough of my nipple up in but does not pull up the surrounding skin like some of the other shy nipple accessories do. I wear these almost all day long under loose fitting clothes. I suggest starting out for 20-30 minutes at a time and slowly increasing the time every day. If you rush into trying to wear for extended time you run the risk of blisters forming. I use a generous amount of nipple balm on my nipples and a small amount on the cup to help form a nice seal. I will wear for several hours and then off for about half an hour to allow my nips to breathe. While I have them off I apply a generous amount of balm to keep my nipples soft and supple. You want to keep your nipples moisturized so they will stretch easier. I have been doing this for a month now and have seen a significant amount of enlargement of my nipples. They won't stay engorged and will shrink back down once the cups are removed but when they get cold or excited they are much bigger then before. I love that these are discreet and can be worn easily. The only issue I've had is the suction will drop off and I have to reapply some balm and reset them but that is a minor issue and happens with just about any suction device if you don't have a constant source of vacuum applied. You have to stay diligent and wear suction devices everyday for extended time to see significant growth. These are definitely super comfortable and make that extended wear easy.****update April 2021**** it's been four months since my initial review and i just wanted to add that I continue to wear these daily for hours on end and they have worked wonders. My nipples have gotten significantly bigger and they get engorged much easier when cold or excited. If you have shy nipples or just want to get more size/perk these are awesome, but like I stated above you must be disciplined and wear these everyday for long periods. Stick with it! These are awesome, comfortable and discreet.

prepare yourself for a long process
I'm a woman in my mid twenties and have always had inverted nipples. I've never been pregnant. I've always been self conscious about my nipples and wanted to go for cosmetic corrective surgery, but I figured I would give this method a shot before spending thousands of dollars. Not sure if my nipples were grade 2 or 3.. but they were super inverted and never used to pop out in any circumstances, and I could not manually pull them out. I had never even seen them at all until the first time I used these cups, and my nipples were so inverted that they bled the first few times. In the beginning it was a painful process, but it eventually got better and better. Ive been using these for about 10 months now, almost every day, for 12 hours a day. and on most days, when I take them off I put nipple bands on until the next day when I put the cups on again. It's not painful anymore. This is a very drying process for your nipples, so moisturizing is important. Ive always used Vaseline and it works great. Also very helpful for helping the suction stick. It's very discreet under a padded bra, but from time to time during the day they can get knocked off if you move around a lot, so you have to check they're still on from time to time. Also a water-like fluid coming out of your nipples when wearing these for a long time is normal. Anyway, my nipples are no longer inverted. When not using the cups, they're mostly out all the time, but become more pronounced when I'm cold or aroused (I guess thats normal? lol this is all new to me). They're still a little inverted though, and I'm hoping that more time with my nipple routine will bring them to fully normal. The results have been great so far and I'm super happy with the process, its just been a longer process than I anticipated. but well worth saving thousands of dollars on surgery.

No issues/Good product
Less hassle than pumps and tubes but I do think there tad bit expensive for what it is but the functionality is fantastic compared to the other cheap similar ones u see listed on Amazon under 10 bucks which don't compare to this ( from experience)They expanded my wife's nipples 3x there actual size after a few hours but not sure if they will permanently enlarge over time, They stay put pretty good when shirtless but my wife said they wouldn't stay on when clothed after trying to descreetly wear them in public and this is with a thick bigger padded bra pushing on them so makes sense cause the product is flexible.I did try them on my nips but I can tell thick hair really affects the seal over time so probably better to shave if ur very hairy and don't have a enough nipple to fill the inside from the start

Limited suction, bordering on useless
I'm finding these very difficult to get to grip at all. Seemingly the key problem is that the plastic material isn't very even; when you squeeze the "dome" of the cup, it's visible that the plastic isn't going to have a flat, round seal. It can take several tries, pushing down fairly hard, to get a grip to happen (with our without lube). And even once the dome successfully fills up with nipple tissues, the cup usually loosens and loses suction completely within 5 minutes or so. I wonder if a different material in the same design, such as latex, would work drastically better. The main positive are that, when suction is actually occurring, it's pretty comfortable; plus in combination with rubber bands, they seem to have some effect. Overall, a lousy product and not at all worth the price. I'm sorry I believed positive reviews and bought it.
