its a rivet...does its job...
I had a need, this met that need, would buy again... I needed the extra length for mounting a license plate bracket on the front of the new car, the bracket is not going anywhere now unless the bumper goes too...even mounted the plate to the bracket while I was at it... (easy to remove the plate later if selling car by drilling the rivet)

Works well but.....
Works well but the ones I received were 5/32 spanked not 3/16. I used them to re-attach the front end panel of our popular tent trailer. Seem to have compressed well and firmly hold.

Quality product used for joining difficult pieces together.
Wish I would have known these pop rivets were available for some of my bonding projects. My most recent experience was trying to bond an aluminum 4’ C-Channel to fiberglass side of our motorhome. The channel went to the awning folding mechanism fastened to the side of the RV. The outer layer of fiberglass attached to a thin veneer made attachment using screws, lag bolts impossible and created multiple holes from these items pulling through.Using a professional grade of LocTite adhesive and these fasteners created a strong watertight bond.
