I order these for my husband, so I’m not sure how they work. He love them and their multiple flavors! Heard about them from one of his co workers, haven’t stopped buying them. He hasn’t said anything negative about them. He’s tried everything from the French Toast to the Marshmallow. Even the lemonade and Jello!

Our NAVY son is deployed & he asked for this so he loves that him & the other Sailors can pay for it & use my acct to get the stuff they need or want. It takes a month or longer to get to them, but it's ok they are over seas so Amazon is their best way to get what they want & need!

THIS STUFF IS DELICIOUS!!!!I've never tasted a protein powder like this before. I've had some pretty good ones, but this one takes the cake. It's got a nice minty flavor and little cookie pieces. I like to make mine with almond milk and it's the best! The little cookie pieces haven't gotten soft or soggy. I'm allergic to eggs and, to my surprise, this protein is egg free!!! So major bonus for me! And it's a great price. Keeps me full for breakfast. Dissolves great. Perfect protein powder for my family.

I bought this protein because i was tired of the past powder i bought. Overall, the taste is a little sweet for my liking, but it still is really good and accurate to the label. I find it really easy to just blend some milk and ryse into my helimix in the morning or post workout. It dissolves pretty easily and has pretty good macros. I would recommend this protein powder to someone that is bored of their shakes, just be on the lookout if you are not into super sweet powders, as I find this one to be sweet (probably because of the young demographic).

I ordered the marshmallow fluff flavor. This is absolutely delicious! I use it in my little blender to make fruit and protein smoothies. It mixes very well and is not gritty. I have also mixed it with yogurt and coconut milk. This is the best tasting protein supplement I have ever had!

One of the best protein powders I have ever tried! I have tried many different protein powders, this is one of my favorite. I put it in overnight oats and it’s makes it taste like strawberries and cream. I also love it in protein shakes. I add frozen strawberries and almond milk. It taste like a sweet treat after a hard workout. I also have their cosmic brownie and I love that one just as much! I put the cosmic brownie in my coffee, and many other things. I would highly recommend Ryse, it’s worth the price. I will buy any protein powders Ryse makes.

This is my third time ordering the marshmallow flavor, it’s the best protein I have ever had!!! I now have 5 flavors and each are delicious.

The taste is amazing. However, my issue is that it is foamy. Which makes it REALLY hard to drink. The texture is disgusting, it’s not smooth or creamy, it’s foamy. It grossed me out and made me literally gag… lol smh. What a huge waste of money. My other protein shake mixes don’t do that, so why on earth does this? I even thought it was because I used it in a blender, and confirmed that it’s the powder. Whatever they have in it to make it foamy, GET RID OF IT! Please!!!
