It definitely works. I have noticed if I missed a day I don't feel as good in my joints. I am satisfied with this because it is WAY cheaper than the name brand supplement...think green lip mussel and $$$. I think it does bother my stomach but that is generally when I eat a small lunch. I don't know about taste...I swallow them whole. It does relieve pain and I am getting more as the quality is better than a cheap copy at the drug store.

I’ve been taking Move Free Advanced Glucosamine Chondroitin with MSM & Vitamin D3 for a while now, and I can genuinely feel a difference in my knee joints. I’ve noticed improved mobility and less stiffness, especially in the mornings. The combination of glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM seems to work well for joint comfort and flexibility, while the added Vitamin D3 is a great bonus for bone and immune health. The tablets are a bit large, but they’re easy to swallow with water.

I didn’t use it for pain. I used it for movement. But I didn’t notice any difference and I took it everyday.
