Pros: Light weight. Inexpensive.Cons: Way too short for this adult; on the other hand, circumferential straps seem like they're made to accommodate thighs rather than calfs.Thankfully, have not yet had a test of how well they protect the small proportion of shin that they do cover.

These are great shin guards for your little one. It's easy to adjust and it stays on when they're running around kicking the ball. It's lightweight so the kids won't complain about it nor will they complain about it sliding down their shins because it won't. My little boy just runs and it stays on perfectly. Don't look anywhere else for starter shin guards. I went with another pair that sits under socks and this one is much more preferred by my boy.

Great for the price and do exactly what they need to do! My girls never complained that they were too hott or itchy, which is a win when it’s hot outside!
