Good for joints, but no much effect on hair or nails. You can give it a try.

I used this for a week but I saw results the morning after I took it the first time. My nasolabial folds were gone, wrinkles on my forehead were gone, my cheeks were big and the space on the side of my eyes filled in.... a guy I know started getting googly eyes around me that morning and moreso over the past couple weeks and I assume it must be because I look younger. But fair warning, collagen DOES make you look younger because FAT in your face makes you look younger. My face does look fatter than it has in years (something I didn't like when I was younger) so I'm torn on how I feel about the product. Everything looks lifted and clear but my head is so fat looking. One week after taking 6 pills a day I went to the liquor store to buy wine and got carded for the first time in years. I'll be 28 next month and the cashier carded me and said she wouldn't have to if I "didn't look like such a baby". She looked back and forth at me and my ID as if it might be fake. I told her I'll be 28 next month and pointed out my wrinkles and she shook her head and said "You don't look it". So yes, I look younger! But also really pudgy. I miss the cheekbones I finally got when I reached 26 but now my cheeks look younger. I've also noticed my body looks firmer and lifted. I'm amazed at how fast it worked. Other things I noticed: nails shot out like crazy very quickly, skin is glowy, skin is firmer, neck looks much younger. Those are my random observations, hope they help!

I’ve been using the Neocell Beauty Infusion powder for a few years. Since the price has gone up too high to maintain it, I looked for something that I wanted to try that might give me the same result. So I went ahead and ordered this Collagen Beauty builder. I received my order yesterday. I opened it today and, to my dismay, the quality of the capsules disappointed me. Look at the pictures, a lot of the capsules are broken into pieces and some are even crushed. I was able to match some broken pieces together to form a capsule, but the rest just went straight to trash. The capsules need some cushioning inside, like cotton, to avoid breaking/crushing of the capsules. So far, that’s the main reason for the 2 stars. I will update my review and stars once I finish taking it for a month or so. UPDATE: Kept my subscription going and quality improved 100%! Not a single capsule is broken and it seemed working great as a replacement for expensive powder form.

It caused acidity to me, I strongly recommend doctor advice before trying this.
